Easily the best city sprint delivery driver I've ever used. He took all the items up 4 flights of stairs to the front door

I'm having a nightmare right now, this company is infuriating. They delayed my delivery time three times without asking me, so now my client won't be there when the package arrives. Both email addresses on their website bounce back which is extremely suspicious, and the chat bot just says "No advisors available" and closes the chat. I'm honestly worried this is a scam and I don't know if my delivery is even going to arrive, I have no way at all of contacting them and now they've got my harddrives.
Update: Finally got through on the phone and they're saying it will be delivered within the original time. If it is then I'll reconsider the rating, but they're still incredibly difficult to contact
Second Update: It was delivered within the original window which is a relief. But it was picked up 2 hours late and the massive struggle to get in contact is a big issue, so I'm giving a 2.5. The email addresses need to be fixed ASAP.

Very disappointing service. Company paid for next-day delivery, yet my parcel did not arrive as promised. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the tracking information was never updated, leaving me waiting at home with no indication that there was a problem.
I only found out about the delay after contacting the company myself, at which point I was told the delivery would not be arriving until the following day. As a result, I now have to rearrange my plans and make sure someone is available to be at home again tomorrow.
I understand that delays can happen, but failing to update customers or provide accurate tracking information is poor service, especially when customers have paid extra for next-day delivery. I would not choose this service again based on this experience.
Update: Since posting this review, CitySprint have been very attentive in trying to rectify the issue. It appears the delivery problem was a one-off fault rather than a wider service issue. They have been responsive, open to feedback, keen to learn from what happened, and have offered a partial refund as a goodwill gesture. Based on their handling of the complaint, I am satisfied that they took the matter seriously and worked to put things right.

EDIT - since posting this review, City Sprint have contacted me and given a full refund. I am happy with the outcome.
I made the booking at 12.05pm asking for a collection between 2-5pm. I called one of your team in your London Service Centre to confirm the booking and she indicated that the package would be collected by around 3pm. From the tracking I see that the courier was assigned at 4:34pm. We called again at 5:16pm and were told that a courier would be at the pick up point in 10 minutes. The contact we spoke to also indicated that the drop off may not be achievable within business hours. I then got a call at 6:24pm to say that the courier had arrived.
I understand that traffic was busy yesterday however:
1. If it was likely that I would have to wait more than 6 hours between booking and delivery I feel I should have been warned;
2. Clearly there was no likelihood that the collection would have been made in 10 minutes when we called, therefore we were misled;
3. If drop off whilst the office was still open was in doubt then this hardly constitutes a same day job.
I've sent emails to Customer Service and to the Info addresses however both have bounced back because inboxes are full. The company can't be contacted and service is dreadful.
Avoid at all costs!

Easy to use app & kept informed as to pick up & delivery. Great being able to track the item too!

Really appalling service. Courier signed for the package himself instead of finding someone appropriate to sign for them at my recipient’s company. This resulted in very important documents nearly being lost. I emailed to complain and request a refund, but the email bounced because City Sprint’s inbox was full.

I ordered a prescription delivery (order #72072774) to a pharmacy to avoid missing a flight. CitySprint failed to deliver on time, forcing me to collect it myself, costing time and nearly my flight. They sent a false confirmation of delivery. My complaint email bounced back due to a full mailbox, and two follow-up calls promising a response went unanswered. This is my fourth attempt to resolve this. Unacceptable service and communication. I’m escalating to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards. Avoid!

Tracking is a joke, no actual information, other than between 9 and 5, already bad.
Waited all day, was collected at 1pm and still not arrived at 8pm, despite calling at 6.15 before the customer service shuts at 7pm, was told would definitely arrive today and within 30mins, now it's 8pm, no idea if it's going to show up.

Booked push bike with debit card. Pick-up ok. Delivery failed. Emailed query and asked for refund. Not received timely response, then unsatisfactory response that package was delivered and signed for by rider. Emailed again to check with driver if he delivered to correct address and requested refund again. Response came again with delay to say - oops, our bad; but no refund is due because transaction wasn't "invoiced" yet. Emailed again to say that this is now a colossal waste of time due to shoddy delivery service and even shoddier customer service. Would not ever use them again. What a giant waste of time... Still waiting for my refund (and arguing over it)...
P.S. Again - Daniel (from Citysprint) -- Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: customercare (at) citysprint.co.uk
The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly.
You are not doing yourselves any favours with these kinds of email delivery failure messages...

After losing a valuable bag on the Tube, I was more than pleased to hear that it was found by TFL. With swiftness, they turned my bag over to City Sprint. Delivery proved challenging, but City Sprint has graciously assured me that my bag is safe and on its way to be delivered to my daughter's flat. As an elderly American, I appreciate the courtesies afforded to me by the UK businesses involved. Thank you, all!

Courier ordered and paid for at 2pm.
3pm get a message that job been collected and is on its way.
Can trace the job on a map.
3.50pm job disappears from the map.
4pm receive a call from where the job was supposed to be collected if it would be collected.
Had to cancel it and ask for a refund as would have been too late.
Complete waste of time and utterly unreliable service.
No explanation from Citysprint
Not using ever again.

Outstanding service this morning, the young man who took the booking was charming, helpful and re-assuring. He organised the courier (bike) and within fifteen minutes of it all going through the courier was knocking on the front door. It had been a very stressful early morning and I had been let down by another courier company, who didn't care that the courier had not turned up. City Sprint is now in my address book for future bookings.

Poor service, poor communication, unclear website, very late collection and delivery. Will not use again.

I have used CitySprint for over a year now but considering moving over to Addison Lee or an equivalent. It's been over 8hrs since making contact via email (on their recommendation) to arrange a multi-drop delivery, and 5hrs since the courier was booked, and I've just had to cancel 2 of these deliveries as the driver still hasn't shown up. Every time I ring, they tell me it's because they're busy but there's been no communication the other way. It has meant I have sat at home all day waiting for them to arrive and clients sat in the office all day waiting for their delivery.

Failed to collect the delivery yet rather than giving me an update, they marked the job as complete. I then had to try and get through to customer services who advised the job was cancelled by the driver and they can't re-book. So, i had to pay a discounted amount for my non-delivery and then have to re-book and pay again.

The City Sprint courier, Adam, was extremely helpful especially as there was some confusion about the delivery time and he had to wait 15minutes 4 my arrival, & also was able to assist by moving boxes inside the doorway, as there is no actual Garden or Pavement where they could be safely delivered,
