Was supposed to have a package…
Was supposed to have a package delivered between 6pm to 10pm. 11.37 i get an update on the tracking service that no one answered st the door when they tried to deliver even though I'd been outside my door since 11.25. Called customer service and got no help other than them saying they driver possibly don't deliver after 10 but they're not too sure. Terrible service. Don't use

Did what it is supposed to do, hence the rating, but, although it gives you a "tracking" link. This tracking is more milestones of change of events. Collected/delivered etc.
It is frustrating in its total lack of information wrt collection times or even windows of collection times. You chooses these services for convenience, but when I have to wait all day not knowing even as an estimation when the package will be picked up, I might as well have got in the car myself.
