Great Service
First time we have had a delivery from CitySprint. Very impressed with communication. The driver delivered within the time fame, it was pouring with rain and he very obligingly took the large water butts into the back garden for us. Really excellent service. Fairy God Mother clad in a High Viz
I opened my front door to check if my parcel had arrived and Lydia appeared like a fairy god mother clad in a High Viz. She threw me a lovely smile and i knew we would have a giggle at the gate and she didn't disappointed.

Would be easier if there was a closer time scale closer to the time. But I couldn’t fault the courier, her name was Kerry, was really friendly, listened and checked everything was ok before she left which not many couriers do anymore.

Kerry, was really helpful in unloading a large load of kitchen flat packed units. She was very careful and stacked the units in the piles as requested, which made it much easier for the fitter.
