Not just a courier driver
Typically the courier part of an order is the most unnoticeable part of an order from a supplier. You place your order and a bloke in a van turns up some time later. Nothing impressive.
In this case, the supplier (Wickes) messed up the order twice, necessitating 3 visits from the same delivery chap.
John did this with his humour and understanding about my frustration, and then took it upon himself to actually resolve my delivery issue by adding the missing parts of my order to his delivery route so that I could actually get on with my project.
He truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied, and I'm quite certain that this was far from convenient for him.
If you end up with him being your delivery driver you can be assured of a diligent and timely delivery.

HEAVY TASK ASSISTANCE
I had a WICKS delivery of TEN heavy 25k bags of Ballast and the courier who delivered them was called STEVE ( id Ref: PL40 ) from CITYSPRINT.
Turning up bang on time, he then asked with a cheerful smile " Where would you like them ? "
I pointed to the space I'd cleared in the garage, ready for stacking them later, hoping he would offload as close to the garage door as possible. To my amazement, he then quickly set about stacking every single bag, in a neat row, right inside the garage for me ! - taking only minutes on a task that would have taken me most of the afternoon to do ( an older female ) And all the while, smiling, cheerful and genuinely happy to do so.
A real treat to experience such a pleasant and helpful service and so, due to Steve ..100% HIGHLY RECOMMENED !!!
