Delivered 5 bags of stones to me
Delivered 5 bags of stones to me, I didn't catch him in time as he put them near the front door, which is where most people want them, I said I was going to have them on the side of the garden, but my son will move them as its 33°c and to hot to mess about. When I came out later, he'd left and moved the stones to exactly where I wanted them...so appreciated and went love and beyond...thank you.

IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT
I'm having a nightmare right now, this company is infuriating. They delayed my delivery time three times without asking me, so now my client won't be there when the package arrives. Both email addresses on their website bounce back which is extremely suspicious, and the chat bot just says "No advisors available" and closes the chat. I'm honestly worried this is a scam and I don't know if my delivery is even going to arrive, I have no way at all of contacting them and now they've got my harddrives.
Update: Finally got through on the phone and they're saying it will be delivered within the original time. If it is then I'll reconsider the rating, but they're still incredibly difficult to contact
Second Update: It was delivered within the original window which is a relief. But it was picked up 2 hours late and the massive struggle to get in contact is a big issue, so I'm giving a 2.5. The email addresses need to be fixed ASAP.
