Mitch, Jalene and Leticia were all super helpful in my homebuying experience. Mitch explained things so well. And Jalene answered any questions I had. They were all so friendly. I would recommend them to everyone. Buying my first home was a breeze with their help. Jalene was great and actually called me after it was all said and done, just to check in to see how things were. Citywide was great.

I was quoted a rate with city wide
I was quoted a rate with city wide, and two weeks later, they informed me they had not locked in that rate they quoted me. The quote was done over the phone. I stepped away from another lender because Ben Lemon quoted me a better rate. It was very frustrating to have been quoted a rate, and hear back two weeks later the rates had gone up, and they did not lock it in when they quoted me it.
