I want to give Citywideshop an excellent rating. Although delivery for Christmas was complicated by USPS, my customer service person, Lizzy, was excellent in her help to get me my product on time. She was helpful in all aspects of this order. I would order from Citywide again.

I ordered a Bose soundlink mini 2. The order was processed and a UPS label was created within 48 hours. But an entire week passed and the UPS label tracking was not updated. I contacted customer support, they gave me an excuse that UPS is busy and delays updating tracking. A day after contacting customer support, the tracking updated to “in transit”. When the tracking updated to “delivered” I never received my order. And I still don’t have my order. There’s no phone number to call cust. serv. You can only message them. I need a refund if they aren’t going to deliver my order.

I received my product a week after I ordered it. It is amazing I ordered the ion total pa ultra and it super loud and thumps hard from all the bass. And at a huge price drop compared to other websites I will be going through citywideshop again for other items.

I ordered 3 boxes of Grove Square hot “milk chocolate” pods. These were to be shipped without shipping costs. When I got a copy of the invoice I noticed there was sales tax added. Our sales tax of 6.35% does not apply to food items. The sales tax added on the invoice and billed to my credit card was a whopping 20%. I contacted the company and they immediately issued a credit for the tax charged.
When I received the product, it was incorrect. They sent me 3 boxes of “dark chocolate” pods. (Completely different flavor and I’m not a fan.). Once again they responded quickly and said they will send replacements. The replacements arrived in just a few days at my door.
While mistakes were made, they were very quick to resolve the issues.

Is the first time I bought from this site and it was a good experience, the item was at the best price at all and they send it fast and free.

Never used Ciywideshop before but was led there by a Google search for the product I was looking for. Was a little skeptical when I saw their price but took a chance anyway. Boy was I PLEASANTLY SURPRISED when I got immediate and frequent communication, and the speakers arrived in about 3DAYS! Fantastic price, surprisingly quick shipping, and great delivery. Will definitely search them out again when looking to purchase other similar items. Highly recommend!!!

The price for the item i purchased was Awesome.. compared to other websites. I received the item on the 5th day after ordering it which was again Great!!! Honestly I didn't expect it to be here that early because of this pandemic still going on. After opening the box it came in and inspecting everything, I had all pieces, all in good condition and not missing anything. Once i put the item together which didn't take long I noticed how very strong and sturdy the item was. I am very happy and well pleased with the service and item I purchased on this website. I am impressed! I definitely recommend purchasing from this website!
