We recently purchased an outdoor garden set from here and we are very happy how it turned out. The garden set was easy to assembled and the instructions were very clear. All the bolts and nuts were accounted for and packed in labled bags making assembly easy. The garden set came in three well packed boxes which aids in transportation. The service was amazing too when we went to pick up the garden set with them helping load the car up. The garden set is also very comfy and high quality. The materials used are of very high quality. I would buy from here again and would recomend to buy from here.

Do not be misled by the high rating — my experience was the complete opposite.
I ordered a sofa on 18 January and was told the lead time would be 4–6 weeks (invoice stated 5–7 weeks). After a month, I was informed it would arrive by 18 March. In reality, it only reached the store on 12 March — already 8 weeks later.
It then took another 5 days for the courier to even collect it, and I was never informed that delivery would take even longer. The sofa was finally delivered 11 days later, on 23 March — only after I had to chase it up myself.
Nearly 9 weeks in total, poor communication throughout, and zero transparency at any stage.
First and last purchase. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

David was very helpful and provided great customer service in store. He worked with us to find the right price and sofa to fit our needs. The sofa we chose was perfect, very comfortable and we can’t wait until it arrives. Great company, would definitely recommend!

We were replacing our 10 year old Barbecue, after sales were the best we have ever had. A guy called Nick could not do enough to help with teething troubles. But the new Barbecue is Brilliant. Thank you for all your help.

My experience with CJC Furniture has been deeply unsatisfactory. A payment dispute was automatically opened by Revolut (not by me), yet the company repeatedly stated it was my doing and used this as justification for refusing to ship my order.

Although I confirmed that I still wanted the sofa, they insisted they would not dispatch it unless the dispute was closed first – something Revolut specifically advised me not to do, as it would remove my protection. They then labelled the order “high-risk”, declined to provide any tracking or courier details, and suggested I place a new order and pay again by bank transfer.

Their tone became increasingly hostile, and the order was never fulfilled.
I ultimately had to rely on Revolut to protect my payment.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend the company. Future customers should exercise caution.

Ordered 2 dining chairs on 17th Nov 2025. Arrived 19th Nov by parcel force. Product as described and well packaged. Would certainly recommend this company and would use again.

One of the best shops with good-quality furniture. I was originally looking for the sofa bed, but ended up with the whole set of furniture. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They went beyond my expectations, and even with some difficulties from the developer side, they managed to help and got everything sorted. I can definitely recommend this shop for any sort of furniture.

Lovely shop with lots of options!

Hi everyone, are you still thinking? So stop and place order with CJC Furniture. I did and I am more than happy. My new sofa is with me now, it looks very nice, good quality and very comfy.
All people there were very helpful from beginning till the end. They answered all my questions, sent me pictures, advised with everything. They arranged 3rd part delivery to have my sofa earlier. There was some small damage on the feet, I suppose because of delivery and they sent me replacement straight away.
I would strong recommend this company and hope will have way to Birmingham shortly to visit their showroom too.

AMAZING! I had my sofa bed delivered this morning. The sofa was packed with extreme care. It looks beautiful! It is very comfortable. Communication with the shop was great, I was updated about everything via email/phone. I can just say that I would definitely recommend CJC Furniture to my family and friends! Thank you very much :)

Waited 6 weeks for arrival of furniture from Poland just over 12 months ago. Have found over time that lack of padding in areas of the sofa including the arms has caused some quite nasty bumps with our toddlers. Quality poor and wished we'd paid just a little more for better made furniture. Will not be going back.

Recently purchased the End lift bed from Cjc Furniture , what a great buy! Its given me extra storage and love the modern slick design . Ill definitely be coming back for more buys .

Bought some furniture from them and it was more than what we expected. Order went through quickly and easily on time. The delivery driver turned up on time and was happy to offload the items for me. Excellent service and really pleasant people to deal with. Oh - and yes, EXCELLENT value for money too!

The quality of the the sofa purchased is so good and well priced. Highly recommend them.

Best costumers service

Bought a pool at £399. Assembled it at home and the pool wasn’t holding water in. Contacted the shop and they responded that it was lucky the supplier provides a repair kit. Not good enough, who wants to start repairing a brand new pool at that price that the the kids haven’t even got to play in yet! Not good enough!!

Ordered a three piece set on 8th June from CJC to be delivered in about 3 weeks time, after three weeks i got a call from CJC furniture to say that my order didn’t make it on the truck and wanted to if i still wanted to go ahead to which I said yes and the wait would be about 10 weeks. Then 8th July I got a call from the manager of CJC David and he was apologetic that my initial order was not completed and advised that he had another supplier that could fulfil my order with a matching set throughout the week he kept me informed and a week later I got a call from CJC furniture 17th July that my order would be delivered that day, my sofas arrived in perfect condition, they’re easy to assemble the delivery guy was great and I am very happy with the customer service throughout this whole process! I would definitely recommend them!!!
