They have a wide range of sofas that look expensive but are really cheap. I had mine for 5 years and decided to change this year for a new design, went to the shop, chose a new one, got it delivered same evening! Amazing

Very bad quality furnitures
Very bad quality furnitures. I have bought a big wardrobe for £500 and it has fallen into peaces after 2-3 months. The only advice I can give is AVOID!!!

Ordered furniture late Sunday evening for collection. I received a call the next morning to confirm the order and to ask what time I would like to collect. Very courteous and no problem at all. Garden furniture exactly as described and cheaper than any where else.

Waste of time
We ordered the sofa on July 12th, it was to be delivered in 10-12 weeks, after that time, no one informed us that the delivery would be delayed. after a few phone calls we got information that the sofa will reach us before Christmas. On December 7, we were informed that the sofa was on its way, but the manufacturer sent a product that does not match the one we ordered. So after more than 5 months of waiting, we had to get a different product than we ordered. The worst store we have ever dealt with, I strongly advise against it

This company is a joke with no manners no communication and no standards of running a business to satisfaction i ordered a sofa in may and was told i would receive it by july when i called on my scheduled date they kept on blaming suppliers and said wait next month i waited another month and got told to wait another week then another week and then another month at the end i received it at the end of september. Then finally my sofas arrived at the worst quality ever.
Everytime you called they had no manners of speaking to you full of lies and extremely rude once they have your money they dont want to know you

I purchased a sofa in June, got it delivered and found out there was an item missing.
I text the agent who kept texting me, who kept calling me when they wanted payment from me. She said email after sales team which I did.
Long story short, almost 2 months later and STILL nothing has been done about it. I had been sent ONE email response back, ignoring everything I said and said it’ll be 8 weeks for item replacements.
When I question this and asked to speak to a manager or operations manager, I keep getting ignored.
I have sent numerous emails and I keep getting ignored, this is such a disgrace of a company, the service is RUBBISH and I would never recommend these clowns.
I will now take this further and speak to PayPal (I made a full payment up front as I thought the company was reliable and wasn’t full of clowns) as I don’t see why I had to pay almost £500 for rubbish service AND having things missing from my order! I am sure PayPal will help me with this and resolve this issue as I have proof of every communications I have made with the company and had no response or resolution.
OH and not to mention the quality of the sofa... RUBBISH. Very cheap, thread keeps coming out of random places, cushions have gotten VERY soft which shows cheap filling is used.
I’ll ensure to get this issue resolved, one way or another. I really don’t want to have to come to the store just to resolve this.
We bought a STYROBUD-GORNO BBQ
We bought a STYROBUD-GORNO concrete barbeque from these guys, & spent £450 on it.
The pallet it was delivered on sat outside our house for 4 days, still wrapped in it's plastic wrapping, until the weekend. When I took the plastic wrap off I found the "stainless steel" grill tray had started to rust! I complained and was told "...wipe it off, it'll be fine...". When I said that was unsatisfactory I was told I could have another tray & £10 compensation. Not trying to be funny but, if the first tray wasn't made of stainless steel, like I paid for, why would I expect the second one to be?
I told them it would cost £40 to have a replacement made by a local engineering works & I expected £20 compensation. It wasn't untiI told them to come & pick up the whole pallet I got my £60 refund.
When we come to build the BBQ we found the mating faces of the pieces were covered in pits & pips & needed significant work to grind them flat before they would fit together flush.
About a week after we built the BBQ I found a crack in the back of the firebox. When I tried to contact CJC I found they'd blocked emails from me. So I contacted the manufacturer. They, apparently, passed the email onto CJC who never responded.
I was left to solve the problem myself.
