We purchased wardrobes and bedside tables and chest of draws for two bedrooms, also ratton garden furniture, the sales team was very polite,and explained everything to us before we purchased, we was told there would be a long wait due to the war in Russia Pluss Christmas, we was contacted by cjc to tell us on the delivery date, we was then given a time window that delivery would arrive, and true to there word items came on time, cjc gave us the name of a installer for our furniture (pioter), we had them all installed wich taken 5 hours, they look absolutely fantastic, the price is amazing, we would highly recommend cjc and we will be buying from again. Big thanks to all at cjc, and to Pioter, who installed them.

Me and my husband Ordered a tv unit form CJC furniture very happy with the product it looks great with lovely detail, did have a slight issue that one of the parts were slightly damaged however when my husband contacted CJC furniture to tell them this issue they were amazing in helping us and sent out a new part straight away, very friendly very helpful staff and the tv unit again looks great, very happy a family member recommended them to us as I’d been searching for a unit but had no luck until I came across CJC furniture would definitely order other furniture from them in the future, thanks again 😊

Dawid the manager at cjc furniture is what all business need and should Inspire to be, his customer service is absolutely incredible, its what all business need, he solved my query so fast & efficient I was lost for words, after one call my situation was resolved and within a couple days, I had my new mattress to my home, when I purchased my mattress couple months back where I first met him in store with my mom as I was buying her a mattresses, he made sure we was looked after, his knowledge of products which would best suit my mom was incredible, when you make purchases you want the best of both worlds, amazing products and amazing customer service, and we had both, which made me want to spend my money with them, and secondly that's why I wrote a review on google. Fast forward couple months later and the service i received was as exceptional as the first, dawid is a asset to the company , great service always starts from the top, for me what describes amazing customer service is professionalism, patience, and people first attitude and dawid has that and more, so thanks so much to dawid and the people at CJC furniture you are all amazing and should be proud at what you deliver because it is exceptional.

The sofas are affordable and great quality! Service is great also people are down to earth and have a people centred approach. They even provided a service to have a look at the sofa; as a wheelchair user it was difficult to assemble for obvious reasons, however couldn’t have asked for a more disability confident organisation.
Definitely the place to go for a sofa!

Purchased PVC shed from CJC. As I live in Northern Ireland I emailed them enquiring about delivery charges, they replied advising me it would cost £59.95. This price was still a good deal so I purchased the shed and paid £59.95 for delivery plus cost of shed. A few days prior to delivery I received a phone call advising me there would be a further £24.95 as I live in N. Ireland. I explained I had enquired about delivery cost prior to purchase and had received an email confirm £59.95. The lady kept saying “ the shed won’t be delivered if you do not pay the extra amount”.I was then asked if I wished to cancel my order. I asked to speak to the manager, her response wasn’t much better. During our conversation she told me the company they use to monitor internet purchases had made a mistake and that particular staff member will be spoken to. As she had confirmed it was a mistake of one of THEIR employees i asked why was I, the customer, having to incur this extra charge.?? I eventually asked if they could not wave the £24.95 they were asking for. I was told “we are too small a business”. The attitude of both staff members was unacceptable. I would advise anyone ordering online to confirm several times the delivery charges.
At the end of the frustrating phone call I purchased my shed and paid the extra fee, which on my CJC invoice states the £24.95 is for ‘delivery surcharge eBay’. I purchased the shed from CJC website not eBay. Customer service retraining courses required with both ladies I spoke to, one of who stated she was the owner/ manager

Very good service, bought a stone barbecue, very pleased with product, would advise anyone to shop there.

This should be a Zero disappointing service they delivered the wrong wardrobe to what we ordered went down to their shop and explained this to one of their staff DAVID who was no help at all . Telling us you should have checked all boxes when they got delivered it’s not their fault . £900 down the drain just like that . Disappointed with them my only advice to any would be buyers is STAY AWAY AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

Wow what a first class company to deal with, nothing was too much trouble for these guys , I had many questions pre order and each and every one was answered super quickly and very professionally which is more than can be said for some other sellers, Their prices are amongst the very best in the uk and the after sales service is second to none, I would not hesitate to use CJC again and would be happy to recommend to my family and friends, I would like to give a special thanks to one or two of the staff who went above and beyond to make my transaction a trouble free one from initial enquiries through delivery right up to replacing very quickly a small faulty part which I came across on assembly (no fault of CJC) Nick, Oliwia and especially Dawid you are all a credit to the company
