Very good service
I had a weird experience when logging on recently and sent an e- mail for help. A Young sounding gent helped me to sort out my problem with ordering and the requested items arrived very quickly after that. I would recommend Clara-Olivia to everyone!

Great experience with online shopping
I found the site easy to work through. They have a great range to shop from and once you have purchased your items they keep you updated as to what is happening to it. All in all in very pleasant experience.

I found the website very user-friendly, and was able to identify the bra type and size I wanted with relative ease. The bras were received promptly and well packaged.
The other thing is that I have previously found this particular bra difficult to source in the shops as it may be an old line. I was delighted to be able find it online.

I inadvertently placed an order for the wrong item, I emailed customer services on a Saturday afternoon, asking to cancel the order as I had now ordered the correct items. They emailed me back very quickly to say no problem & cancelled it.

Big can still be pretty
I love the Elomi range as I find it hard to find pretty bras for my bigger bust. I think Clara Olivia give good discount and are very quick to dispatch items.
