Cannot fault this company. Delivery super-fast. If an item is out of stock we are kept updated on delivery. Any queries via email are responded to within an hour!!

I always have a quick responses from Clare's with any queries I have.

Delivery time could be quicker, use to have a turn around in 48hrs now it can be a week depending on despatch and ferries.

Wrong items were delivered and I was…

Wrong items were delivered and I was told it was a "labelling issue" as the correct label was on the box but the incorrect items were inside.
The correct items were then delivered and the incorrect items were collected yesterday.
Assistant on the phone was helpful and apologetic.
