I cannot recommend MLS enough. Michael and Ross have been so so helpful, empathetic and human throughout the whole experience. Michael has guided me from day 1, answered the same questions 100 times, explained everything and supported me throughout the whole process. I cannot stress enough how much this will change my life and help me get on a straight road again. Financially but most importantly mentally. I opened up to Michael and told him how my situation has impacted me mentally and he was very understanding and helpful. I didn’t even know this service was out there and available to me, it kind of just ‘fell in my lap’ as cliche as it sounds. Stuart at MLS has been brilliant at helping me through this process. It's embarrassing admitting you've got yourself into this financial situation but he has been very supportive and understanding. Has explained everything to me in great detail, just waiting on the final step and then all is done.
