Was really apprehensive and nervous about having to do this, but thanks to Scott McLeod (of the clan McLeod, there can be only one), who made it simple, and easy to understand, guided me through the whole process with excellent professionalism and top notch customer service. Hopefully I’ll not need to use this service again but if I do, I’ll be looking for Scott “the highlander” McLeod to sort me out

So from the start Robert was kind and helpful all the way. He is listened to my case and gave me the best advice for me personally. I was always kept up to date with what was happening and always given options, there was never any pressure and Robert gave me all the information needed for me to make the right choice on my own. I’ve been putting this off thinking I could manage on my own but truth was I was making myself ill with the stress of “how am I going to afford to live” if your in this situation please give them a call. Even for an informal chat. I’ve been helped by Paul Davidson and from the word go he put me at ease. He Was sympathetic to my situation and didn’t judge me at all. He’s there on the end of the phone to answer questions and kept in touch with me to make sure I’m ok and genuinely seems to care. He asked me at the end of my first call how do you feel now as I was very upset and by the end of the call I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. Thank you Paul. Talking about my finances has always made me feel uncomfortable, not only this, but needing help with my debt also made me feel embarrassed. What can I say about my experience with MLS, I would have to say it was the easiest thing I've ever got sorted in a very quick time.
Thanks to Robert McDonald for taking my call and listening to my problems, as soon as I'd explained just how bad things where he went above and beyond to get me the help I desperately needed, after my phone call with the finally person I felt like someone had actually lifted a massive weight off me, I already feel so much better knowing everything is sorted and can be managed a lot easier.
MLS is definitely a company I would recommend to people who need help, as specially if they have more people employed there who are like Robert Mcdonald.

MLS and in particular Lewis, my advisor, have been incredible from the start. Put me at ease from the off, made it very easy to communicate via WhatsApp and over phone calls and always there to answer my questions no matter what time of day. Explained everything perfectly and made it very easy to understand and find the right solution for my debt management. Guided me every step of the way, but all at my own pace and made sure I've had all available information to make an informed choice on the best solution for me and my situation. I would highly recommend them and I cant thank Lewis enough for the help and support he has given throughout this process. It can be a very stressful experience but im glad to say Lewis made it extremely easy and stress free.
