If I could give this company a BIG FAT ZERO ONE STAR I would. I ordered one time they put me on a subscription. I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION. Complete SCAM CLARITY MD!
I decided to order with this company ClarityMD to purchase product. Placed order, shipping to be free due to amount of order.
I realized that they a had tacked on an expedited shipping charge and I didn’t order. Notified company and was told nothing could be done with this situation.
No wonder my bank wanted to deny this company for being SCAMERS ! Unfortunately the charge went through anyway. Again contacted company to reverse charge since I never ordered expedited shipping charges. The response was it had already shipped and nothing could be done.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS IT TRULY IS RUN BY SCAMMERS WHICH REVIEWS ALLUDE TO.

Looking into your account, it appears you have already been in contact with one of our support agents. When your initial order was placed on April 21, it was set up as a monthly subscription that renews automatically unless paused or canceled beforehand. That is what led to the charge you noticed.
We want to assure you that your subscription has since been canceled, so no future orders will go out. The charge in question was also refunded back to your card on June 22, and refunds typically take a few business days to appear depending on your bank. As for shipping, free shipping was applied to your order, so there was no postage charge on our end this time.
If there is anything still outstanding or any other way we can help, please reach out to us directly. We are always happy to assist.

Thank you ClarityMD. I had thought I ordered single trial but ended up receiving an email that my next order was being readied! I contacted them stating I had ordered but still had them because I had not seen my dr to be assured that it’s ok with meds I now take. I received response that it’s too late. I was disheartened because I wanted to check Dr and if it was ok I would reorder. Long story short they issued a refund for monies taken anyway. Thank you ClarityMD for being honorable! And if I get clearance and the pkg proves to work, I will be reordering from you.
