In placing my order for ClarityMD Astaxanthin12mg Softgel, I ran into two problems - first, the initial information regarding the buy three/get two free was not clear. I notified the support service at ClarityMD and immediately received clarification from a wonderful customer service representative, Eunice who assisted with professionalism and real concern. A month later, I received another order of Astaxanthin which I did not order nor subscribe to. I again contacted the support team and immediately received a response from Eunice. She not only assisted me in resolving my problem, she did so immediately and with grace. ClarityMD should be commended for it's support team in resolving issues that arise with their products. Eunice is truly a wonderful resource for ClarityMD.

False Advertisement and Horrible Customer Service
I am only giving 1 star because that is the only way to leave a review. This company false advertises and has the worst customer service. This company also auto-enrolls you in monthly subscriptions without consent, then refuses to credit your account because "they have already processed" an order in which they have placed. Once the product does arrive, they won't send a return shipping label so you can receive a refund, they want to give you 40% of the money back. I expect companies to be "hassle free", as they so diligently advertise, when customers are not satisfied, and I expect to receive a "full refund" when they advertise a "100% money back guarantee". Be very cautious when purchasing anything from this company.

I bought astaxanthin for lung health from a fb ad that claimed I was buying 2 and getting 1 free @ $19.⁹⁹ ea for the paid ones. On my credit card, they made 2 charges. One for $78.⁰⁰ and one for $59.⁹⁹
They also list a scam telephone number with a message that tells you they handle ALL customer service issues via email, so give them 24 hrs for a response back to your email. There is no way to speak to a person! And despite 2 emails stating to cancel my order, they sent it out anyway!
IMO, Their advertising needs some "tweaking" so it does not contradict itself, however, once I explained how the advertising reads vs what the actual math is, they promptly refunded my money. Thank you.
