Went to get my child’s feet measured and Sunit was really wonderful with my child and made the process fun but was good at checking the size too

Sunit Manager at Bedford Branch interchange retail park was great with my mum today. Helped me guide her into the store and through choosing some new trainers that suited her needs Really appreciate your help as does my mum Thanku we will be back 😊

Excellent, helpful, friendly and kind service from Jurpito (?) at the Bedford branch.

Great customer service from Ahlam at the Bedford store. She was patient and went the extra mile.

Really disappointed with quality of shoes purchased recently and quality of service. Shoes developed hole after 3/4months.

Purchased shoes for daughter. After 3 months of use the shoes had failed so there was a hole from the front of the shoes to her toe. Took shoes to store and offered partial refund, as store manager not in to approve full refund. Needed shoes for daughter so accepted but informed I would escalate concern, this was understood. Then raised with online customer service with full details I received an email apologising that the shoes were of such poor quality but palming me off and stating that as past returns date they would do nothing.

I am curious as to how long shoes are expected to last these days? To pay for Clarks quality school shoes and them only last a term is not acceptable and a worrying indication of their current standards.

To confirm this complaint is still 'unresolved' as Clarks are yet to reply back to my emails.

Great customer service at Bedford Retail Pk. I needed advice on which trainers to buy and the manager and assistant Farhava were knowledgable and helpful. If only all stores offered the same customer service, which is sadly non-existent in many places. I would definitely shop there again and recommend.

Visited the Bedford store today to buy our granddaughters first shoes. Jurgita was fantastic so kind and helpful with no pressure to buy anything. We tried on 6 or 7 different pairs and styles. We ended up buying 2 pairs !! Fantastic experience and superb staff x

I visited the Clarks Store at the interchange retail park in Bedford. I was helped by two store colleagues, the first Suvit was incredibly helpful suggesting slight changes in size so that the style of shoe had a more comfortable fit. And then Jurgita C then continued again with good advice. Both were very friendly and professional. A store that looks good with great staff a priceless combination that makes for an enjoyable shopping experience.

Greeted on entry to Clarks Bedford ☺️ I thought I knew what I needed and what suited me! However my choice was unsuitable and I was guided by Jurpite. She was patient and gave practical advice which enabled me to purchase my first pair of loafers. Happy with service received.

Just been to Clarks in Bedford on the Interchange Retail Park and Ahlam was extremely helpful, polite and informative. So much better than shopping online!

Olivia was great during the first fitting for my daughter. She was extremely patient as my daughter was a little nervous and dedicated a lot of her time to ensure we were happy with the size, option for shoes etc. Olivia is huge credit to the Bedford store and we will definitely be visiting again. I went to get my 2 childrens shoe sizes measured and purchase a pair of school shoes for my son. Sienna greeted us and spent a while with us ensuring my son was able to pick a pair of school shoes that were comfortable and fit well. We tried on a few different pairs and Sienna was very helpful with giving advice and support on choosing a pair that fit well. We would return to Clarks again based on this great experience and customer service.
