Ahlam at the Bedford Store was absolutely amazing at helping us chose our sons first pair of shoes! She was friendly and patient when he wasn’t too pleased about having his feet measured. We placed an online order with ease as well as purchasing in store. We will be back!

We visited the the Bedford store to get new school shoes for our kids. The new shop is lovely, bright and clean. Sienna helped us with measuring both kids and ensuring the new shoes were the perfect fit. She was very helpful, polite and good with the kids and made the trip super easy and quick. The kids are both pleased with their new shoes.

I visited the Bedford store to get my 5 year old daughter fitted with new school shoes. Sunit fitted her and he was amazing. So friendly. Spoke directly with her rather than me, brought her options and made her feel grown up with her choices of shoe designs. Took a long time to fit them and try them on her. Excellent service.

Sienna at the Bedford interchange store was fantastic and made sure we left with the right pair of shoes for our 3 yr old. She took her time and was honest with what she thought about the different school shoes while my daughter was trying them on.

Sunit is an excellent manager . He has a warm sunny personality and nothing is too much trouble . Sunit also grasped immediately the colour I needed for some wedding shoes . I feel Sunit should be catapulted to manager of your best selling store .
