I came in to purchase new shoes for my daughter and was dealt with by El. She was so helpful and polite and fetched 5 pairs of shoes to try with no issues. She was great explaining the fitting process and helped us decide which size was best. Can’t thank her enough, will be returning!

Extremely helpful staff
Went to my local clarks shop to collect a pair of flat shoes I'd purchased online, however, I was also looking for some court shoes in a wide fit , the assistant was extremely helpful and brought a number of shoes for me to try and guided me to the Adela Court in black leather E fit. Which have an extra grip sole. I'm so pleased with my purchase and the help I received.

Absolutely excellent service today in the store in Blackburn, Lancashire. I recently bought school shoes for my son which turned out to be uncomfortable for him. We came to the shop today to exchange them. My son is autistic and because he’d found the others uncomfortable he wouldn’t put them back on to check the sizing. He became distressed. The store manager Jane went above and beyond to reassure my son, she recognised how he became anxious and dealt with it efficiently and professionally.

Was Attended to by Fatimah K in the Blackburn Clarks Store. She was very attentive and thorough in helping my daughter select her new School Shoes. Various sizes where brought out to make it quicker and also suggested insoles which was great.
