Excellent customer service from Meriem
Meriem was amazing when we visited the Blackburn store this week. She went above and beyond to help my daughter find school shoes that fitted her which was not an easy task. Without asking, she brought a range of options for my daughter to try on and clearly understood what my daughter was looking for. She was friendly and knowledgeable which ensured that the shoes fitted perfectly. Thank you so much Meriem for all your help! You were a star!

Very pleasant experience ☺️
Brought my 15 month old in today to get her measured for her first pair of shoes. Was served by Arzoo. She was lovely and welcoming and interacted with my daughter from the start so the whole process was easy. She informed me of the instore promotions and actually managed to save me £10. Really pleasant experience and i will be returning ☺️
