We went to Clarks for two pairs of school shoes each for my two sons and an ordinary pair for my younger son. It was the busiest I’ve ever seen it, with parents all frantically trying to get school shoes for the next week. The assistant Harshal was very thorough and extremely patient, giving very good advice on the style and features of each style. Very impressed!

Sean was excellent and the service was very good

We came in for school shoes and despite the store being really busy we were seen to immediately. Sean was really helpful and brought out similar shoes to any of the ones we had chosen but didn't have the right size. We were done in about 10 minutes. Great service.

The store was clean and bright. The staff were extremely helpful. The member of staff,Sean,took time to listen to my daughter about her preferences.

Amazing experience! Service was fast and swift, and we were out of the shop within minutes. Both my children had their feet measured and had shoes that fit and were the right size, as well as them being extremely happy and comfortable with the school shoes.
