Usually you have to search or wait for a shop assistant. Today at Clarks Brent Cross Rukhaiya offered to help as soon as we entered the store. She was incredibly efficient, helpful and friendly. I've never before had such a positive experience in a shoe shop!

Excellent service! Sif was very accommodating and swift in getting the shoes for my daughter. He even brought out different styles which my daughter ended up liking and buying. I just wanted to thank Sif for his service today.

We booked an appointment to get my daughter’s feet measured and to get her shoes for her to start school in September. We arrived 15m early (as the shop opened) and Aliya came over to talk to us. I mentioned we had an appointment and we were early and she reassured us that it was fine and we could start early. She measured my daughter’s feet quickly and efficiently and patiently waited while we picked our shoes. Her knowledge was invaluable when trying on the shoes. I thought they were the right size but she had a feel of my daughter’s feet and let me know that actually, her toes were close to the end and we should go half a size up.
We tried the new pair of shoes and they were perfect. Her knowledge has almost definitely saved me some money as we would have been buying a new pair of shoes in a few months when she inevitably would have grown out of the smaller shoes. She also let me know about their 3 month size guarantee! Thank you for your help Aliya.

I loved shopping in Clarks thanks to Asad who provided a great service, was super friendly and patient and helped me understand the sizing of shoes very well.

I was served by Ibrahim sales person. He was pleasant and served me and my son with a smile despite the shop being very busy. Ibrahim helped my son to try on different options of shoes until he got the right one. Ibrahim is truly an asset to Clarks.

Today we went to Brent Cross to buy my granddaughter her first pair of school shoes. Sean was our advisor. He was so professional and kind. Well done to all the staff at Brent Cross.

A nice young man name Jason. Very quick very speedy. Sorted me fast with my purchase of 4 shoes for my children aswell as a cleaning kit for the shoes. Brang me many shoes fast and did not once complain. Thank you to him! Made me laugh also :) 10 out of 10
