Great experience thanks to Shamel!
I had a lovely experience and received so much help thanks to the amazing sales assistant Shamel (0031). She was so attentive and helpful with my daughter and I. She went above and beyond to help us; Shamel was extremely kind and patient with us. I cannot thank her enough!

First I want to thank to the lovely Khalinda, who was brilliant. She just kept bringing us more and more options of proper shoes, until my daughter found a pair she just loved. She'd done everything with a can-do-atitude, and with a big smile all the that time.
I also want to thank to all Brent Cross team. There was not a single employee who past over me and didn't offer his help. Everyone were so nice and opperative. That might be the best branch I've cisited in London.
Would definatly come again!!!
