Went into Clarks Brent Cross to get my son measured and to purchase new schools shoes. Immediately a sales assistant called Waleed assisted me. His customer service skills were amazing and professional. I was in and out of the store in just under 10 minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable in the styles they had for an extra wide fitting (H). 100% will be returning for the outstanding experience I’ve encountered. Thank you so much! My son loves his new schools shoes! Waleed deserves the recognition.

After contemplating on purchasing a pair of trainers that have been suggested to me for better support I was convinced by Magda at the Brent Cross branch to purchase them. Magda was helpful, knowledgeable and so understanding of my circumstances. Would recommend the trainers and Magda.

Was greeted by a lovely lady called Saima, she was so helpful and committed, nothing was too much for her, would definitely recommend going to Brent Cross store

We went in to buy my Daughter's school shoes for secondary school, where she has quite rigid requirements. Maheema was extremely helpful and very pleasant, and really went all the way to help us find the right fitting, and she knew what she was talking about. And she explained exactly how to take care of the shoes (as my daughter will be required to shine them regularly).

Had an amazing shopping experience at Clarks brent cross and all thanks to Ms Manasi. She was just amazing and knows what she is doing. She is so calm and patient and is very professional at her work. It was crowded when we were there and we thought we would not be treated well or would not be able to actually sit and purchase properly but she made sure that nothing’s rushed and that we try the shoes, take our time to decide and then purchase properly. If you are in Clarks at brent cross, do ask for her.

I bought a pair of brogues from Clarks. I needed a wide fitting and Clarks have a good selection of what I wanted at almost half the price of other stores.

I was served by a very helpful assistant called Rukhaiy who was friendly and cheerful.

We have been returning to Brent Cross store since it became our favourite branch due to fabulous customer service we'be been receiving from one of the store managers, Magda. She's always made us feel welcome and we really appreciate her natural ability to understand what we are looking for. Her customer service is outstanding, she's very attentive and she always makes us feel valued despite her being pulled away from us at times to support her team and other customers duing busy times. I can't recall any occasion where myself and my wife, left the store unsatisfied. Magda is a true asset to Clarks at Brent Cross! Thank you for making us feel valued customers and hope to visit the store soon! My wife liked a pair of sandals she bought recently and now she'd love another pair in white!

Saima was a great assistant very helpful and responsive to my requests for sizes etc
She made my experience extremely positive and I ended up purchasing two pairs of sandals in the end.
I would highly recommend her as an excellent assistant and she injected humour and fun into a busy day !

Saima K the sales assistant was very aware of the customers in the store. On approaching my partner and I, she was calm, polite and had a great smile.

It was opening time at Brent Cross Clarks,
Nadia S was the first to greet with a warm smile.

I asked her if I should grab a ticket she said not to worry someone will be with me.

She ended up serving me herself and she was amazing. She made me and the family feel very comfortable. She's also very knowledgeable regarding shoes. She ended picking a great pair of shoes for my son.

She really deserves this review and she should get a raise, really thank you. I'll definitely be coming back to Clarks just for her amazing service.

Very disappointed with Clarks logistic delivery failure.
Ordered pair of shoes to be delivered at Brent Cross shopping centre.
After few days received an email saying that my shoes have arrived at Clarks shop- Brent Cross shopping Centre.
Went to collect them, to my surprise, the shop closed down without notifying me that they have moved at another location within the shopping centre.
Contacted Clarks customer service and spoke Charnelle.
She was very professional and helpful in dealing with my request.

We looked for some extra wide shoes for our son and Manasi offered to bring us 4-5 different models of same size. Amazing vibe from her.

Veronica was amazing! Helped me find shoes for work very quickly and attentively, as well as making me laugh :)

Came to buy brown smart shoes with wide fit. Mandy asked me if I needed any help. I tried a pair I liked. Mandy was very helpful.
