Kieran from Clark Canterbury was really patience, helpful and friendly. Bought school school for my boy yesterday, and my boy was quite difficult, but Kieran was really patience. Very happy with his help!!

Excellent customer service. Mohamed was polite, friendly and respectful. He helped when I changed my mind without any fuss. All the staff had smiles and the shop was clean and tidy. Oh and I love my new sandals

i have awkward feet and always have to try on many sizes/fits etc, but Maz is always so friendly and helpful and makes me feel welcome, it's so nice to have that personal touch and such good customer service, thank you Maz

I had an issue with a pair of shoes that I had purchased for my daughter. The staff in the Canterbury store solved it quickly and efficiently. And Eleanor was so kind and helpful. I was very impressed and very grateful.

I visited the Canterbury Store and purchased a pair of shoes. The assistant, Mohamed, was extremely patient and helpful. He had a very friendly disposition and made very useful suggestions to get me the right size

Zoe was the most professional and efficient sales person I have met in a very long time. Having come from a sales background I am so impressed with her smiles and willing to help the customer. As a result I bought two pairs of shoes and am a very happy customer and would recommend Zoe and the Canterbury branch first class treatment.

Was served by the friendliest cashier today, Laura F was so welcoming and helpful she gave me great advice for shoe care and helped me with my purchase, she was knowledgeable and professional but also made you feel looked after and in good hands.
It’s so nice to encounter a staff member that you remember after you have left the shop.

I was in the Canterbury store and my granddaughter was keen to get the same school shoes that she had in September. The style has changed but Ed went above and beyond and found a pair and remeasured her feet and ordered the only pair left. They should arrive on a few days. Excellent service as always and has become my go to store. Many thanks

I was served by Zoe today in Your Canterbury store, and she provided excellent customer service, she was brilliant with my 2 year old daughter, she engaged with her and made her feel comfortable having her feet measured, she spent time with me helping me choose the right shoes for my daughter showing me all the options and checking they fitted correctly.
And was very welcoming and patient whilst i attended to my daughters needs during the checkout process.
I recommend this store based on Zoes service today, and look forward to returning

Eleanor at the Canterbury store was so helpful when measuring my little ones feet for her first shoes and very patient whilst we decided which ones to get.

Thanks Harry from Canterbury for patient and careful measuring and fitting for my grandson’s shoes - he has such wide feet it can be very difficult to find shoes but you manage it!

I’ve used Clarks for a long time for school shoes, I bought some shoes in November half-term at the Canterbury store and was helped by Nathalia C, who helped me find the right size for my daughter, when my daughter wore them they sole of one of the shoe started peeling away from the shoe. I send a message to the support team along with a copy of my receipt and a photo of the shoe. 2 days later I called and spoke to Jayden who kindly resolved the issue by refunding me the cost of the shoes. Whilst I am disappointed that the shoes were faulty, I was pleased with the hassle free resolution. The loss of one star is for the faulty shoes. Otherwise a great company and they clearly care about their customers.

Customer service was great! They listened to my needs, measured my feet enabling us to make the correct choice. Ed and Zoe were helpful, informative and attentive. Would recommend.

I went into my local Clarks shop to buy some shoes for a party. I was approached by a wonderful assistant who helped me. She put some half insoles into the shoes to make a better fit and just gave me fantastic service. Thank you Maz 😊

Maz and her colleague were extremely helpful when serving me. I needed a pair of boots and they were helpful and courteous. I couldn’t have asked for better service. The focus was very much on getting me the perfect pair of boots, and they helped me to have the best possible experience in the store.
