The best experience in a long time!
Had the best experience at Clark’s in a long time today. Mohamed at the Canterbury branch was patient, knowledgeable and so polite. Restored my confidence in using the children’s fitting service with the company after many failed attempts for the last 8 years.

Excellent service offered by busy sales assistant
Canterbury store assistant Courtney rocks! I went in yesterday and received the best service I have ever had in a shoe store! Courtney was virtually a one man band and organised for eight different pairs of shoes in two sizes to come down from store room whilst simultaneously serving at least three other diverse customers with a range of needs. He was focused, fully engaged on each one of us and somehow managed to stay calm, patient and keep a smile on his face throughout. I only went in to browse and ended up buying a very comfortable pair of shoes, plus ordering my size in the ones he had on as well. Well done Courtney and take good care of him Clarks because he is a rare find these days.
