Brought a pair of mens shoes today in Canterbury Clarks . Maz was very efficient and helpful . She was professional and friendly and nothing was to much . This is the second time she has given me a positive shopping experience at Clarks . Well done .

My in-laws originally got my son some shoes in the Thanet store. they were too big he was miss fitted. I took him get a second opinion and Zoe and Laura were excellent we worked together to get a new pair of shoes without any cost to us. My 18 month old is alot more comfortable in the correct fitted shoes.

She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the range available as I was looking for a wide fit shoe.

Great service! Straight off Maz produced other choices of size to get the best fit so I could compare. She was so helpful without being pushy, it was a pleasure to try on the shoes and I found exactly what I wanted.

A busy Saturday during half term with Ed the only member of staff covering the ground floor. Ed did an amazing job serving all of the customers needing assistance, plus manning the till for purchases of which seemed to be everyone who had tried on shoes. He remembered who was next while still checking in on customers trying on shoes brought out from the stock room and apologising for the wait. Nothing was too much trouble and always a smile on his face.

In need of an additional member of staff as this was not a sustainable pace for anyone.

Served by a very friendly and helpful assistant called Nathalia in the Canterbury store. Nothing was too much trouble. Best service I’ve had at this Clark’s. Thank you!

Ed in Canterbery brunch was so helpful,helped me refund the pair boots which is small for me ,and also order another pair for me right size ,I was looking for on line for a while .i am so pleased .when Eddie tried to sell me the other products,I agreed to buy .he is helpful and good sales man

Harvey was well-versed in the product line. As a result he was helpful and efficient. He had good answers to my questions.

Maz, who assisted me at the Canterbury shop, was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. I bought, what I feel, are a good quality pair of boots at a very reasonable price.

I went into Clarks Canterbury today and was served by Mohamed who was very friendly. After picking a style I particularly liked, he got them down for me and took all the stuffing out for me to try on. He offered me a shoe horn and gave advice on how to beat care for my new shoes. He asked how they fit and how they were, which they were so comfortable. Love my new shoes and the spectacular service I received from Mohamed.

The service was awesome. Our 7 year old granddaughter had trouble finding a pair of comfortable shoes as one foot is longer and the other wider.

Zoe was so patient and went above & beyond, despite it getting busy.

My granddaughter was so happy with her shoes and we will always go to this Clarks shop as the staff are always brilliant.

Ed was great today helping me with an exchange for my granddaughter’s school shoes. He provided a great customer service.

Upon our arrival it was extremely busy, but a member of staff approached us and told us it wouldn’t be long to wait . We were served by Zoe R. Zoe was lovely, very calm and made the experience as calm as it could be . Thank you Zoe

We visited with our son for a new pair of school shoes and the girl who helped us was superb. My son has sensory issues but Jemima W was very patient during our time in store and he eventually picked a pair. Jemima is a credit to the store and deserves praise.

Excellent service, Ed (Canterbury Store) served us and whilst the store was very busy he multitasked between 3 customers and made sure we were all seen to without hesitation. Very helpful, measured my son’s feet properly and advised on the best size. The store was immaculate given how hectic is was, really great service.

What great service recieved today whilst getting my son's school shoes. Ed was so helpful making sure my son's shoes were right for him and even laced the shoes for him how he wanted! Ed helped us find some shoes for my 10 yo! He was super patient and as she's wearing adult sizes (just!), let us try on shoes downstairs as she found the upstairs very overwhelming!
