Outstanding Customer Service and Quality – Clarks Cardiff

I recently experienced exceptional customer service at Clarks in Cardiff. I had purchased a pair of boots nine months ago, and unfortunately, a peel developed on the heel. I contacted the store and spoke with the manager, who was incredibly helpful. Despite not having my receipt, she was able to locate it via email and immediately agreed to replace the boots without any hassle, recognising that I’m a regular customer who values Clarks for their consistent quality.

When I visited the store to complete the exchange, I was served by Ash, who was already fully aware of the situation. He was extremely informative, courteous, and efficient throughout the process.

I can’t recommend Clarks Cardiff enough – their professionalism, quality of products, and customer care are second to none. I’ll definitely continue to shop here with confidence.

Melissa in the Cardiff store was very helpful and gave us some really good advice on how to get the most comfortable school shoes for my son. Very grateful for the calm customer service.

As always was met with a prompt greeting and nothing too much trouble. Carefully measuring my granddaughter s feet and checking what shoes she liked and in her size. Very thorough checking that they fitted correctly too.

I was attended to by Ash. He was very kind, approachable and willing to answer all my questions and even provided further clarification on what to do in case I wish to return the products if it feels uncomfortable. The other member of staff on duty too was polite as I could hear her speaking gently and respectfully to the customers as they walk in. They served us with a smile on their face. Weldone.

I visited Clarks in Cardiff recently in search of some shoes for my son's forthcoming wedding where I was served by Angela.
I was looking for a pair of smart ivory/cream shoes with a low heel as I do not find high heels comfortable at all.
There was not a lot of choice, maybe it was a combination of the time of year and the heel height I was looking for but luckily I spotted a pair in the sale.
The downside was that they were half size bigger than I would usually wear and there were no other sizes available in Cardiff or anwhere within reasonable travelling distance.
Having tried the shoes on and found them a little on the big side I decided to leave them and look elsewhere.
Several hours later & having had no success anywhere else I found myself back at Clarks with Angela who couldn't have been more helpful!
She fitted insoles & heel grips which made a significant difference and gave me exactly what I had been looking for!
Thank you Angela, I really appreciated your help & have to say that you have the patience of a saint!

Whilst visiting my daughter in Cardiff last November I visited your city centre branch and purchased a new pair of boots.
I wasn't sure of my choice at the time but the sales assistant Ash made me feel very welcome within the store and spent time letting me try on different styles and complimenting me on the chosen style.
Those boots are very well worn and his patience and chatter made me pleased with my purchase. He is a real asset to the store

Ash was very helpful looking for a shoe that would suit the shape of my mums foot. He took the time to listen, understand and then search for shoes that would be suitable. Thank you.

Ash, my salesperson was an excellent guide when helping me choose which Wallabee was right for me! As soon as I stepped in to the store they were very accommodating and friendly, they explained the different materials the respective shoes I picked had. As well as they gave me different tips and tricks to keep my Clarks last as long as possible. Overall, Ash was a legend!!

PS Ash also had a great sense of fashion—this usually indicates that the staff know what they're doing :)!

Ash helped me at the Cardiff store and he was extremely helpful. His knowledge of each shoe and suggestions for use was great. Most impressive was his knowledge of the construction process that went into each shoe down to the smallest detail. Thank you for a really helpful and informative experience! I recommend Clark's Cardiff (and particularly Ash) to everyone looking for shoes.

We went to the Cardiff store and Ash was very helpful, quick service even though the shop was extremely busy, they sized our little boys feet and they picked out a beautiful little pair of trainers. Wonderful experience thanks to ash.

Ash was brilliant with our toddler. Made him feel relaxed and spent time checking his feet fitment repeatedly. Would happily go back to Ash again.

We attended your Cardiff Queen Street Store to purchase my daughter's first pair of shoes - Rachel was absolutely amazing and so helpful, friendly and patient.
She made the entire process a dream and we came away very happy with our purchase.

Shopping for shoes with a daughter who would have preferred to be doing anything else. But she instantly took to Chloe and ended up fully immersed in shoe shopping

Ash was really helpful. My daughter hates being touched and having her feet measured is often really difficult but Ash was really friendly and patient with her and asked before touching her feet which made so much difference.

We visited the Cardiff store on Good Friday with our 3 young children to have their feet measured. Ash couldn’t have been more patient or helpful- he was an absolute delight!
All three children walked out in their new shoes! Shoe shopping with children in tow is not fun or stress free but the experience on Friday made everything run smoothly!

Fab experience today thanks to Ash who helped fit our 2 children’s feet. Took time to make sure the shoes fitted nicely and nothing was too much bother. Lovely with the children and very patient, made for a smooth feet measuring experience. Thank you Ash!
