Great service by Ash in Cardiff store, helpful and suggested options such as wider fit to make sure I found the right size

I had the need to return a pair of shoes to the St. David’s centre store Cardiff with a small fault that made them unusable, they were in fact a little over a year old with limited use and no wear on either the uppers or sole.
I was dealt with by the duty manager Jack and his team, they were understanding, polite and professional at all times. Although they didn’t have a direct replacement available in store, they ordered a new pair to be delivered to my home address arriving within 72 hours which included a weekend.
Thank you for your help and keep up the good work, I will certainly return to this store when the need for new shoe’s arises. A very happy customer.

Quick and easy visit to the Cardiff store. Lydia was very helpful in explaining the difference in the children shoes size with F and G. Ordering for a size out of stock was also made quick and easy. Thank you Lydia :)

We popped in to get some work shoes for my husband and the service we received was wonderful. We already knew what we wanted but had some issues with sizing, Ash suggested a wider shoe which was the perfect fit. Ash was super informative, efficient and helpful, we were also recommended some wax to help keep the shoes moisturised & in good condition.

Needed new school shoes for both children. Ash served us and was great, really thorough and friendly. Measured kids feet first and went through options for sizes needed.

As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by Ash, who was polite and professional. We looked at various shoes and Ash was was giving advice and helping when needed.
When paying We were shown types of Polish for the shoes which we purchased and even came away with insoles.
We will be back again because the customer service was fantastic. There was no rushing us, Ash had given us all the time we needed and was helpful with every aspect.

Went in for my little ones first shoe fitting. Ash was so helpful, talked us through what we needed to know, measured her feet without fuss and keeping her nice calm. Really great experience for a milestone moment as parents!

Rachel was very helpful and attentive, I honestly could thank her more for helping us get my daughter’s first pair of shoes. She was amazing! We can’t wait to go back in 6weeks for her next pair 🥰

Booked an appointment to get my son's feet measured for his first pair of shoes. We were running late and called up and the staff were happy to accommodate us a bit later. Donna took the measurements and helped us pick out shoes. She was lovely and really great with our son!
