I was served by Ash as I was shopping for school shoes for my daughter. The shoes I originally wanted to purchase was not available. Ash showed me other similar options which I liked and ended in a sale. He was very thorough in checking the fit of the shoe and communicated any questions well. In conclusion I was very happy with the service and my purchase

It was a busy shop
It was a busy shop. Understanding as it was the end of August. A good system was in place with regards to fittings with shop staff. Disappointed by the lack of stock. Resorted to online purchase after measurement.

Excellent service
Went into Clark’s Cardiff (in St David’s) and needed to get school shoes fitted for my three children all of us are Autistic. We were approached and welcomed almost immediately, and Ash was assigned to us. He was so friendly and understanding, and went above and beyond to help and assist us. He tailored the fitting of each child to suit their needs, as my youngest doesn’t like to be touched, he explained everything to him before he did each task. He turned a suspected nightmare into a quick and easy, stress free shop. His excellent service and kindness deserves recognition, and I am so grateful to him.

Great experience in Cardiff store
Chloe at the Cardiff store was incredibly helpful. She was very friendly and took the time to include my daughter (4) in choosing her school shoes.

Excellent service, fitting and exemplary patience
Ieuan measured my ten year old son and eight year old daughter. He was extremely patient and nothing was too much trouble, despite my daughter being awkward. We eventually walked out of the store with the confidence of Ieuan’s thoroughness and fitting. Thank you 😀
