Ash in Cardiff is Brilliant
Was helped by Ash in the Cardiff store and he was an absolute delight.
Approached as soon as I walked in, measured my son and helped us to choose the loveliest dinosaur shoes with the best fit. He took my budget and style choices in account and bought me a suitable selection. Also advised on how to care for them.
He was also wearing a lovely outfit with the best shoes prompting me to look at making a purchase for myself!
Personalised service and I hope to see him next when purchasing shoes for my children.

Customer service lacking. Clarks isn't what it used to be
We visited Clarks today for a pair of shoes for my grandson who is 17 months. I hadn't been in Clarks for many years but disappointed with the selection and the service. Although the pair of shoes we eventually bought are lovely. We waited quite a while to be measured even though the shop was quiet and they didn't check the shoes are thoroughly as they used to. Just was underwhelmed by the whole experience 😭
