We visited Clarks - Carmarthen yesterday to buy a new pair of trainers for my daughter & we had such a wonderful experience!

Our salesperson, Sarah G, was absolutely lovely. She made the whole visit so enjoyable & really engaged with my daughter. She even compared the trainer colours to Frozen (we’re huge Disney fans!), which made my daughter’s day.

Sarah also did the shoe “pull test,” which both my daughter & I found very effective & very funny! It really reassured us that we were choosing the right fit🤣 I hope they sell the trainers in your size soon!

I was looking for a particular shoe which the Carmarthen store had, unfortunately I didn’t like the colours available. Max was a great help in advising and being patient. I didn’t buy the shoes but would definitely return to the store when looking for a different pair.

We were served by Ella, who was brilliant with our little boy and gave us lots useful information. This is the second time we’ve had him sized and fitted at this shop and are again, very happy.

I ordered a pair of Clark’s shoes on line and they didn’t fit. So l phoned Carmarthen store and a lovely lady called Sarah guided me through the returns process step by step. I then need to ask a question next day and spoke to Rachel and she went through it all again. In the end l went to the store and Catherine sorted the refund out. 10 out of 10 for all 3 ladies customer service excellent.

She was really nice and helped me get the perfect shoes 👟

Visited the Carmarthen store to find some last minute shoes for my teenage son - who was a groomsman at a wedding. Catherine and Rachel were absolutely amazing. They found just the right pair - in the sale too, and offered loads of advice. They went above and beyond in trying to find the right fit. We never felt rushed and the whole experience was excellent.

Top class customer service with Catherine at the Clarks store in Carmarthen. We ordered a pair of shoes online for my husband, sadly too small. Visited the store to exchange. Swift excellent exchange service plus Catherine’s product knowledge was exceptional. You cannot beat face to face in person service. Excellent. Highly Recommend

Catherine (hope this is the correct name!) at Carmarthen Clarks was lovely to speak with, she was very helpful and gave complete insight into what was best for smart shoes and which would fit my foot and purpose the best.

Left with a pair of shoes I am happy with.

The salesperson Sarah, was extremely busy measuring feet but nothing was too much trouble for her. All in all a good experience, great choice of school shoes expertly measured.

The retail staff are lovely, no complaints, I was served by a lovely girl called Pearl. She was absolutely helpful for me and my kids. Very engaging and efficient. However if I must be honest, when I entered the shop I believe it was the manager. She seemed very flustered by her team not responding to her, I think it was because everyone was so busy in the kids section. At my local Clark’s they use a ticket system which is great as customers such as myself know how long the wait will be. Bring it back to Carmarthen store. It definitely seems like it’ll improve the operations instead of the manager getting annoyed over the radio in front of customers

My partner took our son today to get his feet messaured & purchase his first school shoes. Excellent customer service by Sarah & Heledd at the Carmarthen Branch. We've been purchasing out children school shoes from Clarks the last 5yrs. The shoes are always strong & durable

Sarah@clarkscarmarthen was so helpful when I took my granddaughter for her first ever shoes. She was very patient and nothing was too much trouble. A credit to Carmarthen store.

We called into Clarks Carmarthen store this morning to get my 19 month old daughter her next pair of shoes. Sarah (who is the most lovely, kind and patient lady served us) Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. She brought out extra sizes and widths in all the shoes/boots we liked and talked us through every step. She made sure all the shoes were checked and checked again to get the perfect fit.

My daughter was a little uncertain at first and not too happy for her shoes to be fitted! But within ten minutes Sarah had her relaxed, comfortable and smiling while she happily tried numerous pairs on. For a tired, (often overstimulated) and busy mum of four, this was heaven sent! We came away with two pairs of beautifully fitted shoes that I am confident are perfect for her growing feet.

The two ladies who greeted us when entering the store were also so lovely and welcoming- Thank you!

Sarah (and other two ladies!), if you read this, thank you so much for making shoe shopping with a pre toddler so easy! We'll be back for her next pair in a few months and will hopefully see you again!

From the minute I walked into the store I was greeted by Max with a smile. He was very helpful . I bought a pair of shoes and he told me about the cream I should use and he left me thinking that there was no way that I shouldn’t buy it. So I did. He was chatty while I was paying and when I left he said “ thank you Jackie”.
Every store needs a Max.

I visited the store yesterday and was approached by the Manager Catherine who warmly advised me that there was another section of men's shoes at the far end of the store. Catherine was extremely helpful, welcoming, even though I didn't purchase anything (size unavailable). This is a great Clarks store to visit and well done and thank you Catherine for being so friendly.

Bought a pair of Brodin Beeswax shoes at Clarks store in Carmarthen last week, my size were not there but thanks to the excellent help from Heledd and Sarah they arrived yesterday by post and I’m very pleased with my purchase. Diolch.
