Kim Watson was very friendly and helpful, she measured us and ensured we had all the right sizes, great service with a smile

Went in to buy a pair of shoes and Tina was most helpful to keep it aside for me, until I came back to purchase the shoes.

Popped in on a rainy Wednesday lunchtime with my toddler. Got greeted at the door, then got left to browse. Then Kim saw me struggling to measure my daughter's foot and jumped in to help. She then made it her personal mission to help me find suitable shoes. Nothing was too much. Literally a godsend while trying to shop with a child. When I got to the till I was handed over to Alison. She was also amazing, so informative and friendly, letting me know of deals they currently had on and even quickly ran off unprompted to have a look to see if they had hightops available in store of the shoes I wanted. Would recommend to anyone with children who dread shopping for shoes!

Needed my feet measuring and Alison did a great job. My size had changed and I ended up with 2 new pairs of shoes. And the added bonus I get 20% of both pairs.

Amazing customer service! Jordan helped me find wide shoes for my mother. He found some shoes and even helped us find the right size. My mother is very happy with her shoes and is very comfortable. This store is the best for customer service.

This Clarks experience was absolutely amazing! My family and I had a bit of trouble finding the correct pair of shoes for me and this lovely lady, Caitlin stayed until we had found the right pair. She was super helpful and was giving tips on how to look after shoes in the future! Loved this!!

The staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I needed specific shoes for my daughter who uses an orthotic boot, and the ladies at the Chatham store were amazing.

Visited your outlet at Chatham Dockside on 7 January and had a most pleasant experience. The service I received from Alison was second to none. She could not have been more helpful or more patient if she tried. She hunted out numerous options and eventually came up with a pair of shoes that suited me admirably. I can not thank her enough.

We had our daughter’s feet measured by Alison. She was very helpful and we purchased shoes and trainers for her. Thank you very much for your help. We will definitely be back again soon.

I have problem joints and feet and didn’t expect to find a pair of shoes easily, never mind one in a sale in an outlet store.

All the staff at Chatham Outlet were cheerful, didn’t rush anyone, and made sure we all knew that there was an extra 20 per cent off today.

I found a pair of heels I liked but neither the size 5 or 4 and a half fitted as comfortably as they should.

Kim saw me, came over, and understood my “problem”. She gave me so much time, and we tried a full insole, a half insole, a heel grip, and combinations of each. We found the heel grip alone worked perfectly.

This really was customer service at its best. Kim looked after me, an individual, was so patient, understanding, and friendly. And I now have a lovely pair of shoes that I didn’t think I’d be able to buy or wear. Thank you, Kim, that was such a lovely start to my week xx

Very helpful member of staff, Angie at Dockside Outlet. She was great with the kids and helped us measure all 3 and find several pairs of shoes for them. Making it much less stressful than kids show shopping can be! Thank you.

Side door was wide open (a directive from the manager) and the store was absolutely freezing. It was so cold we left before we completed our shopping. We asked a member of staff to close the door but she was not allowed to.
