Kim Watson has been absolutely brilliant and super helpful. I wasn’t even planning to buy but wbded up buying two shoes. Lovely lady . sincere to her job and pleasant.

I had a terrible experience in store returning some faulty shoes which were falling apart after 5 weeks of wear - took them 30 minutes to refuse the exchange.

Contacted customer service via Facebook and had a replacement pair sent by the end of the day, they could clearly see the shoes were falling apart from my photos and offered a full refund or exchange.

I visit Clark’s at Chatham dockside regularly and am always greeted warmly by the all the staff, but the one who shines brightest is Alison. She’s always gone above and beyond, and is so knowledgable about the brand and the products. She is a credit to the company, and it’s so clear that she loves what she does and cares about her customers. She’s a bright ray of sunshine and it’s always a pleasure to see her, she always makes me feel very special indeed. Even if I’m just passing my I always like to poke my head in and say hello, and she’ll always be busy either helping other customers or tidying the store. In a world where techno holy and online shopping is taking over, it’s rare to visit a store where you are remembered and made to feel so special. Thank you to Alison and the rest of the staff at Clark’s Chatham!

Anna was amazing, she went above and beyond for my daughter who had trouble with her previously purchased shoes which did not fit.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING MANAGER, RUDE AND IGNORANT! ALWAY TRAVELLED TO THIS STORE TO GET MY KIDS SCHOOL SHOES BUT NOT ANYMORE! MAKING HER OWN RULES AS SHE GOES!

Beautiful shoes but surly staff who were difficult to get hold of on the shop floor.
I bought two pairs of shoes - one in a box and one without. The assistant threw the shoes without a box in the bag and then pushed the boxed ones on top. No please and no thank you. Didn't look like she liked her job.
Not impressed!

I visited the Chatham outlet store yesterday & was so pleased with the service received. First of all, myself & my daughters were nothing short of relieved when we met the same young lady who helped us out last year. Her name is Mia & somehow she remembered us too. Mia & another young colleague helped with their fitting & once confirmed we went on to see what shoes were available.
I have two daughters & although only seven & eight years old, they certainly have a strong sense of fashion & can be strong-headed; I have many fun years ahead!
Mia could sense some frustrations with my older daughter & I and a certain pair of slip-ons. After approximately 40 minutes, Mia helped me win over my daughter in not having said slip-ons & we got a more ‘sensible’ pair for her. My daughter’s tears turned into smiles of joy. My younger daughter fell in love with her school shoes a lot quicker but they were a last pair and had a slight stubborn mark on them- Mia helped to clean this up for us with some product & some thorough buffing, as opposed to the saliva that one of Mia’s older colleagues suggested when we got to the till!
Mia showed professionalism, patience & attentiveness throughout our shopping trip. We are extremely grateful & left happy customers & certainly a less-stressed mum!

Alison at Dockside Outlet was brilliant with our 3 kids, & managed to get them sized up accurately & quickly while they were trying to run off! The shoes picked fitted brilliantly; thank you for making what is usually a traumatic trip out to get shoes a manageable one ☺️

My 11 year old son has Down Syndrome, Severely Autistic, Global Developmental Delay and a speech and language disorder, so shopping with him can be extremely challenging, especially in busy environments. I was so fortunate to meet Alison, a really lovely staff member. Alison was absolutely amazing, she went over and above to help me, right from having such patience with measuring my son’s feet, to choosing the perfect school shoes, plimsols and shoe accessories. Alison put me at total ease and was so professional, polite, knowledgeable and just so lovely. Alison made a point to include my son’s opinions throughout it all, when most people usually do not include his thoughts as he is
non-verbal. I am sending a huge 5+ stars to Alison. Please kindly ensure Alison knows just how wonderful she is and I am so so grateful to have received an outstanding customer service. Alison’s customer service was definitely one of the best I have received. Thank you so much Alison. I hope to see you again when we next visit Clarks 😊

Max was very patient, friendly and helpful choosing school shoes for my sons

Molly was so helpful, measuring my twin boys feet and advising us on new school shoes - would definitely go back for her support!

Tina went out of her way to be helpful. Was polite and respectful at all times.

The staff were really very helpful, thank you. We found shoes for the twins for their new school and Alison really helped with sole inserts, odd sized feet and style.

We have visited the Chatham Dockyard Clarks outlet. Caitlin P was amazing helping us selecting our girls first school shoes. Nothing was too much to ask, I am sure we tried on loads of pairs. Caitlin checked the fit to ensure that's the right size for our girls. She also checked and marked which shoes are on sale to help us decide. The manager on shift behind the till was also amazing and made sure both of our girls had a shoebox, what they can colour in.
Defiantly will return to buy shoes here for our little ones

Ellie, who served us was patient and helpful. My daughter asked me to take our grandchildren as she said I was so good at battling school shoes!!
It was easy and that was due to Ellie!

We had a trip to Clarks Outlet yesterday to get some shoes. Very satisfied with the service and especially Kallie who helped us to measure feet and find the shoes that fit. Thank you.
