We were helped by Hannah who was incredibly helpful. My daughter loves her first pair of school shoes especially when she was told that the stars would make her run faster😊

I was served by Lauren Monday 8th September she was an excellent assistant, gave me ideas Which suited me. Lauren had a lovely friendly manner and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase

We were assisted by Harry on Saturday and he was excellent!

Good service, and I came out with a nice pair of casual shoes. My assistant Imogen was very helpful, and came up with other alternatives to my original choice.

Harry was excellent with my 7 year old today for measuring and finding new school shoes & trainers. My son was very happy chatting away with him!

My partner and I needed to get a pair of shoes for a daughter who had problems with her last pair of shoes. Izzy and Lauren both helped us measure her feet correctly and get us the correct pair of shoes. They were both super friendly and super helpful. I took my 1yo to get her first shoes and was served by Harry who was amazing! He was really accommodating and patient as my little one was apprehensive about having her feet measured, and he was really quick in finding us some shoes that matched what we were after. We were in and out in about 10mins and it was a pleasantly stress-free experience

Popped into Chelmsford branch to get my children’s school shoes. Measured by a nice boy who was helpful. Bought 2 pairs of shoes. I find the prices quite expensive. £98 for 2 pairs of kids shoes. Also I signed up to the discounts costing me money on my phone bill as the texts aren’t included only to be told You can’t use that offer on school shoes! You can’t use your blue light card on school shoes! Very disappointing. As if you’re not making enough money to give discounts out!

Niamh was excellent with my daughter in helping us with her new school shoes. My daughter has wide feet and had difficulty explaining the issues with each shoe. Niamh gave lots of options and made the experience excellent.

Stacie was super helpful and very patient with my son's school shoes & I was seen quickly despite how busy the shop was.

I went today to buy school and PE shoes for my son. Gracie from Clarks - Chelmsford, High Chelmer Shopping Centre, was friendly and professional and helped choosing the best shoes.
