The employee tending to us, Lilly, was very efficient with getting the shoes we needed. They were very polite and helped us with our demands.

The shoes they recommend to us fit perfectly and are of good quality.

I had brilliant service today from Beckie, I sadly had to return a pair of shoes, Beckie was so pleasant, she processed the refund, no problem, made me feel welcome.

Becky at the Colchester branch gave a very professional service. She was very patient and helpful and showed she had a good knowledge of the product.

Was helped by Beckie and Marie in the Colchester store on 29th May. Shopping for prom shoes for my sons (twins) They were both very patient and provided great service. Would highly recommend

Excellent service from Colchester store Beckie went out her way to find me just what I wanted

Beckie was very helpful sorting out my daughter’s shoes. She is only 2 and we had brought a faulty pair of trainers that were hurting her feet. Beckie sorted out the problem, measured her feet and found a very comfortable replacement. I now have a very happy toddler with cool new shoes. Thanks for your help Beckie!

We had excellent service from Beckie in Colchester Clarks. We took back shoes that needed repairs but didn’t have proof of purchase so we were unsure if they could help us. However Beckie was able to sort us out and we walked out the shop completely satisfied

Went in to buy my daughters first shoes. Lilly was really helpful, cheerful and really good with my daughter. Really good experience. Ended up buying 3 pairs and some shoe protector.

This was the first time visiting Clark’s the lady that served us Sue was so lovely she was kind patient and thorough at checking we had exactly the right size shoe for my grandson a very pleasant experience ☺️

Debbie was fantastic!!! My little boy is almost two and always refused having his feet measured but Debbie’s quick and warm nature was perfect, thank you!

We had to wait a little while as the shop was busy but when we were served the service was excellent. The lady was calm, patient and very professional when we explained what we wanted as we were looking for a new pair of school shoes. After my son had his feet measured Sue went out of her way to find a pair of shoes for my son. We were successful and the shoes were perfect. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the one for all voucher we had as for some reason although it’s listed the system refused it and again Sue and the store Manager tried lots of different ways to try it. I definitely recommend this store and will visit again in the near future
