Visited store today after shoes purchased 8 weeks ago for school for my son had split .Spoke to manager Sally who was very efficient and helpful after discovering the shoes had been put in wrong box at sale and scanning system effected matter resolved remeasured and replacement pair given
Sally could have left me to sort matter out with customer services but took it upon herself to sort matter herself once again very helpful and a credit to your team thank you

Friendly welcome, asked if i needed any help.
Then got 2 sizes for me to try on . Sally was very helpful and enthusiastic about my purchase.

Served by Daria when me & my daughter who is very fussy & can never find comfortable shoes, was looking for school shoes. She tried on about 4 different sizes shoes, half sizes, wide fit etc until she found a pair that fit her with one using an insole as recommended by Daria, as her feet are slightly different in size. She was happy with her new shoes, although more expensive than I usually buy, in the ling run I'll save money as she is forever wanting a new pair after a few mths due to comfort. Daria was kind, helpful and chatty.

Great service again from debbie and sally. Always seem to have my size in stock too! Plus i never feel rushed even when they are busy.

Visited our local Clarks store in Colchester City Centre and was greeted by the lovely Sam who helped us choose a new pair of school shoes for our very lively 5 year old. She was really helpful and her customer service was second to none. We look forward to visiting this store again soon when we need to purchase a new pair of shoes for our daughter. Highly recommend this store :-)

Buying school shoes is never fun but Abi was lovely to my daughters and made the experience quick and fun. She showed real interest in what my eldest daughter is studying which was a lovely touch. Feet measured, shoes picked, no problems.

As an Australian visiting UK I was determined to buy a pair of Clarks before going back home. Two years ago I bought a pair of lace ups in Keighly and walked out of the shop in them, something I’ve never done before. In Colchester I explained to Maria that I wanted a pair of slip ons. She went to a great deal of trouble, measuring my foot and bringing out all that were available in my size. She even asked the other staff for imput.
After a sometime I settled on a lovely pair which are now back in Australia with me. Thanks again Maria.

Corina was helpful accommodating in getting the shoes I wanted and measuring to figure out why the shoes wasn’t fitting quite properly. Overall great experience.

Trying, belatedly, to sort out school shoes for my daughter, we were looked after by the wonderful Sam. She spent the best part of an hour trying every combination of styles, sizes and insoles to find the right solution. Thank you!

We went into the Colchester beach late on a Thursday, and we're served by Abi. She was rushed off her feet and served us and a few other people at the same time. Dispite this, she gave our daughter all the care and attention usual at Clarks.

Got our school shoes last minute today, amazed there was stockeft and thanks to Saana for measuring and taking time to make sure they fitted my little boy properly.

I had a great shopping experience at a recent visit with the branch at culver square shopping centre, the staff were very helpful in helping me selecting. I do get that their footwear is not the cheapest when compared to shoe zone but they last and the quality shines through. I perhaps am just a Clark’s girl at heart as I grew up in them.
