We had to wait a little while as the shop was busy but when we were served the service was excellent. The lady was calm, patient and very professional when we explained what we wanted as we were looking for a new pair of school shoes. After my son had his feet measured Sue went out of her way to find a pair of shoes for my son. We were successful and the shoes were perfect. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the one for all voucher we had as for some reason although it’s listed the system refused it and again Sue and the store Manager tried lots of different ways to try it. I definitely recommend this store and will visit again in the near future

Had a lovely lady serve me today gave good customer service. Nothing was to much trouble didn’t feel rushed her name was Debbie

My father and I were served by Sam on Friday and she was absolutely fantastic. I would even go as far to say probably one of the best shopping experiences for shoe shopping I can remember and I am 61 😊. She measured my feet to ensure the correct fit, something I have not had done since a child. Well done Sam👍

I have been going to Clarks in Colchester since my son was little 10 years ago and I have just been in this morning with 2 year old daughter and I have to say what a lovely place and wonderful staff! We saw Debbie and she is amazing, dealing with my little girl who wouldn’t stop dancing! She is efficient, kind and a credit to the company! Also, great to hear a member of staff talk so highly of the company too! We will be back soon, as my children’s feet seem to grow faster every year! Thank you!

We were served by Jay , just 20 minutes before closing time and he didn’t hesitate to help us. He was super pleasant ,co-operative , helpful , friendly . He went above and beyond to help us and was so kind in his support.

Great shopping today. Good selection of shoes, and a very helpful assistant by the name Carina (Colchester branch). Maybe need a few more 'other' sizes.

Amazing experience
Thank you to the lady at Colchester store branch. The trainers we wanted weren’t in stock in the store so she ordered them online for us.
