I had been looking for shoe boxes for a care home I work in
I went in to the Colchester store and spoke with a lady called sally she was very helpful and went and found me some boxes

Following a poor experience in your Chelmsford Store I decided to order a pair of Dash Lite Wish Sandals in off white on your website. On arrival of the sandals I was very disappointed to notice that one of the sandals were marked. Instead of returning them to your warehouse I decided to call my local store to see if I could exchange them there. Daria went above and beyond ensuring everything for the exchange went smoothly.

On a visit to Colchester decided to pop in to Clark’s Shoes see if they had some wide fit, waterproof shoes. Served by the delightful and very helpful Maria, who couldn’t do enough to ensure I not only got the best fit (Maria suggested she do a measurement of my aged feet, which indicated I had been buying shoes too big for the last 2 decades!), but also the best outcome. During this she offered options and even suggested I try on shoes of a different colour to what I wanted to ‘test the size and fit’. Once I had decided what I wanted, she established the store had none in stock, Maria searched and found the correct ones online, she then placed the order and told me I had no delivery charge. And the shoes were in the sale. Maria provided first class customer service and excellent product knowledge, and all with a sunny and cheerful attitude. Thank you Maria and Clark’s Colchester.

We visited the Colchester branch of Clarks yesterday for my grandchildren and Zack was excellent in dealing with a 1year old and a 7 year old. Very professional and friendly. He was great.

So helpful, came in to buy a pair of shoes left with 3 pairs and a bag.
Staff spent time with me and were happy to help and nothing was too much trouble.

Colchester Clark’s store is reasonably small but I found and bought a great pair of sandals and was served by Maria who was not only very pleasant and nice, but extremely helpful.

Today I bought the third ever pair of shoes for my 1 year old. Each time I've been served by Debbie in the Colchester store. Debbie and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Debbie patiently measured my daughter and brought us lots of different options. It was never any trouble to re try a pair of shoes on and when I was struggling to decide she gave me her professional opinion. I'm happy with my purchase and I prefer the in-store service that you get rather than buying online particularly when shopping for a little one with ever changing feet.

Amazing, helpful service from Maria - incredibly kind, knowledgeable about the products and service. Had previously bought child shoes from another Clarks store, which didn't fit. Thought I was waving goodbye to fifty quid - but Maria understood, helped out and found a solution for the issue.

The Colchester store manager Sally and here team were super helpful with an exchange. Much more so than the customer service call centre. Thank you!

I collected a fab pair of boots in Clarks Colchester branch which I had ordered online. The customer service by Zack was excellent. He was knowledgeable and engaged and, as someone who used to train staff in customer service (in a different environment), I was impressed. If Clarks continue to employ staff like him, I feel a positive future is assured. Thank you!

Shoes that I was interested in quickly appeared in my size for me to try on.
