The young lady (Ashwika), that served us was professional, friendly and patient. Also, although it was very busy in store- the staff made the effort to keep checking on those waiting and they worked efficiently to keep the line moving.

I would have given 5 stars but this year the selection of girls school shoes seemed quite limited, compared to previous years but we did purchase a pair of shoes as the quality of Clark’s shoes is still very good.

We had a number of challenges with payment, no fault of hers, and she went above and beyond to rectify a problem that was not of her making. I went in to buy a pair of shoes and walked out with four pairs and cleaning accessories. Despite recognising the upsell, her demeanour and pitch made it impossible to say no. Thank you so much!

We went to buy school shoes for my son at the Clark's in croydon. Amelia was so lovely and talked directly to my son and got him chatting and excited about his first pair of school shoes. She was brilliant to the point I thought she had a teachers qualification. It was a lovely experience for him
