Shanell at the Croydon branch was extremely attentive today. Despite the system calling too many people at once, she dealt with my 8 year old and another client simultaneously. Minimal time wasted secured the correct shoes and size, and more importantly praise and a thank you from the hard to impress 8 year old. Thank you Shanell

We was served by a lovely young lady called Sheneil from Croydon branch. She was very polite , professional and very patient.i highly recommended her service

The lovely Amelia helped me with shoes for my son. She was helpful, engaging and really easy to talk to!

Danielle and Sheneil have helped us tremendously in finding the right shoes for my kids.

Mathew served is today and what a delightful young man. He measured both my sons, fitted us with shoes and even suggested some insoles for a tighter fit.

We went to Clarks Croydon and our assistant Saalena was very energetic and friendly! She welcomed us with a walk smile and alerted us of the offers available and provided all the information we needed at the time!!

Daniella D from the whitgift shop in Croydon was very helpful, my daughter’s feet are pretty tricky, she has a high instep and wide foot meaning some of the styles are not suitable.

Daniella made us feel comfortable and was very understanding and didn’t mind trying various styles and sizes to ensure we have the right fit and my daughter was happy.

Amazing service, Danielle offered an amazing service and was extremely helpful with helping me find the right size for my daughter and ordering it online for me. She was really playful with my daughter and I really enjoyed the whole customer experience with her. You are very lucky to have a staff member like her.

The workers were very helpful and patient in finding the perfect shoe size for me. Despite the lack of variety is sizes, I was able to find a very good pair of shoes. They were very thorough in finding my size to letting me try on a variety of models to see what I was most comfortable with.

Every time I go to Clark’s Croydon Whitgift Centre the whole team are excellent. They are kind and take good care, and are patient with my toddler. Amelia who served me yesterday was absolutely wonderful. The shop is well organised and efficient and are a testament to the brand. The manager and the team should be commended.

Croydon branch services very good specially one of female staff named ESTHER IS VERY KIND,professional and helpful person. Overall it was good experience to shopping with Croydon whitgift center branch.
