Kaitlin was very helpful in helping my 2 girls pick new school shoes and was very understanding when my youngest wanted the same as her older sister

Came in today in Cwmbran looking for back to school shoes for 2 children. Amelia assisted us and was very quick seeing to us despite it being busy, she was very polite and very good interacting with the children asking them questions and engaging in conversation. The shoes were found and children very happy. Thank you Amelia.

Clark’s in Cwmbran. Took my 5 yr old non verbal autistic grandson to get some school shoes. Busy little shop. But the shop assistant named Kath was amazing with him, saw he was struggling a bit and offered us a quieter spot to sit. She was very calming and patient with him and listened to him when trying shoes. We knew “ow” was a no go, but she actually got the sizing right first time with the first pair he tried being the best for him. She made what I thought was going to be trying experience very easy x thank you Kath.

We popped in store to purchase our daughter's first ever shoes. A lovely first experience from start to finish. Lorraine was a huge help and so good with our 11month old. Thank you!

I arrived at the Cwmbran store, there was a queue as the last Friday before back to school but I had pre booked an appointment and was seen straight away. A lovely lady named Lorraine helped us and measured my 6 ye old daughters feet. She was very friendly, interacted well with my daughter and explained her shoe sizing very well. With Lorraine’s help we found the perfect pair of shoes for back to school. Excellent customer surface and would definitely recommend.

Shopping for shoes usually feels like a chore but Amelia at Clark’s turned it into a treat. Her friendliness and approachable manner created a welcoming atmosphere and she provided outstanding customer service throughout.

We made an appointment for my son’s feet to be measured before the beginning of school. Amelia in the Cwmbran branch was great at both chatting to my son and measuring his feet and recommending shoes. Thanks

Me and my family visited Clarks in Cwmbran today, we were getting some shoes for my eldest daughter, while we were there we decided to get my other daughter measured by Kaitlin, she is one of the most professional young sales assistants and fitting experts I have ever met, and it was actually a pleasure for me to spend my money with Clarks today, keep up the great work Kaitlin and Clarks please understand what you have there with Kaitlin she is worth her weight in gold

We visited the Clarks store in Cwmbran this morning to purchase school shoes. It was extremely busy but everyone was very cheerful and helpful. Sam did a great job of measuring my sons feet and getting him the shoes he needed quickly. The shoes were also only £27, which is very reasonable for the quality.

We went to the Cwmbran store to look for shoes for my daughter who is starting secondary school in September. From the moment of entering we were made to feel welcome by the staff. We had the lovely Amelia helping us. Nothing was too much trouble and she was helpful, friendly and professional from start to finish. She measured my daughter’s feet and when the shoe my daughter liked wasn’t available in her size, she found a replacement shoe that my daughter liked even more. Would highly recommend using this store for all shoe purchases

Kaitlin was a huge help when shopping for my sons school shoes. He wanted a pair that would let him run super fast and she was great at getting him measured and helping us find the perfect ones, nothing was too much trouble - thanks again Kaitlin!

Thank you to Lorraine today who measured and helped my son pick new school shoes. My son can be a bit loud and cant sit still very long but Lorraine was patient with him and made him smile.

Made an appointment for my son to get his shoes ready for school. My son is 13 years old and has autism.
