We went school shoes shopping with my grandsons we had a short wait. Sophia came to us and measured their feet. Isaac was easy as he knew what shoes he wanted and they had them and he was happy. Alexander couldn't do decide on his shoes Sophia was veryhappy to show him a selection of shoes and let him try them on. Shoes chosen we payed and left. Satisfactory experience.

Brought school shoes today for my little girl and also added a shoe protector , Amelia @ Clark’s who helped us was absolutely amazing, my really engaged with my daughter which was really nice to see , she loved it when she was told she was like a princess , thank you so much Amelia for a stress free shopping trip in Clark’s

A lovely lady in the Cwmbran store called Kath was so patient, helpful and welcoming towards me and my baby when visiting in the hope of buying my babies first shoes. A special moment that is a milestone, nothing was too much trouble for Kath she guided us on the size, fit and style best suited for my baby and whilst there was no stock of the size and type shoe I was hoping to purchase in store, she directed me to the website which has enabled me to buy the first pair and even offered for us to come back in once the shoes arrive so they can check the fit is well for my little one as the fit is important for my baby due to personal developmental factors. Thankyou so much Kath! We will sure to be back for the first pair of walking shoes :)

Took my daughter for new school shoes and we was greeted by Amelia. Amelia was helpful and friendly throughout and had patience of a saint as my daughter didnt stop talking and moving. Amelia took that in her stride and was so good with her. Couldn't have asked for a better service.

I booked an appointment for school shoes for my two boys at Cwmbran, which was a great plan as it was very busy there on a Saturday morning.
Sam was excellent and couldn’t have been more helpful or professional.
My youngest son hates school shoes and he never finds a pair he’s happy with. He was grumpy and Sam took the time to help find the best pair for him. In particular she understood that he prefers a looser feel and he warmed to her immediately.
Incidentally, she was training a new member of staff. I felt like she was patient, calm and really spent the time to teach the new member of staff.
Excellent service from both Sam and Caitlin and both boys now have a decent well fitting pair of school shoes.
You really don’t get this level of service anywhere else. It’s worth taking the time to have shoes fitting properly rather than finding cheaper alternatives online.
I was in Wales on holiday so this is not my local branch. But I would make an effort to return to the same branch in the future.

Ordered the corsley bar navy suede online size 7,5.Received one left foot size 8 and right foot size 7,5
Returned them and got a size 8 which was still big
Asked for an exchange to a 7.5 i had initially ordered.Received a size 8.5 instead
These shoes were a birthday gift.Its a month past the birthday and im still exchanging the shoes.Called customer services for support,the lady i spoke to told me to return the shoes for a refund since they cant get it write.So useful!

I ordered trainers using the foot gauge at home and they were too tight for my daughter. Took her in to be measured and to return the trainers that were too small. Hazel at the Cwmbran branch helped us and she was amazing, so good with my daughter and nothing was too much trouble. Helped my daughter to choose a new pair of trainers in the correct size (a size bigger than the gauge at home said) and sorted out the partial refund for me. Couldn't be happier with the service today.

I ordered, the right shoes came, unfortunately they weren't best fit for me, but not to worry, took them straight to my local Clarks shop, returned them and credited back v.quickly, so a great experience, just would be nice if I'd chosen shoes that fitted

Went in to ask for some help with some shoes and received excellent customer service from Karen at the Cwmbran store. They didn't have my size but she helped me find stores nearby to get the shoes I wanted. Amazing service!

Went to Clarks store in Cwmbran to find some comfortable everyday shoes and some small heeled shoes for evenings. Can I just give a huge shout out to Hazel P for her professionalism, patience and great sense of humour as I tried on a LOT of shoes in store and she was back and fore the store room for me getting different sizes and width fittings for me to try on! After a long time of fitting I came away with just what I wanted! Thank you so much Hazel.

I needed some H fitting shoes for a coming holiday. Kelly measured my feet to double check my size .. I selected a pair for daytime walking for into the evening. Plus some walking trainers .. all in the current Sale and saved 30%.

We went to Clark’s Cwmbran today for our twins first walking shoes. They hadn’t napped & were very uncooperative however the lady helped us to the best of her ability & got them measured & we left with two amazing pairs of gorgeous shoes.

It’s been 40 years since I had my smelly feet measured so I went back to the same shop that did them the first time.
Clark’s the parade Cwmbran store where I was greeted by all the staff, Lorraine was glad to help and promptly set to work on my plates of meat and soon had four lovely pairs of shoes to try and lots of good advice as my feet are a wide fitting with a high instep,
I left the store with a smile and a new pair of shoes mission completed.
