Went in for the dreaded school shoes purchase. Seem straight away. Amelia served us. She was very patient with my daughter who really didn’t want to be measured but we got there in the end. She also measured my son. Great service from start to finish. Thank you.

AMELIA Served us today and was an absolute godsend. We needed shoes for my daughter who is starting Comp. We had already been to several shoe shops and tried a lot on but nothing fit properly. We were really stressed when we got to Clarke, but Amelia was amazing. She measured my daughters feet and helped us find the perfect shoes for Comp. Thank you so much Amelia, you really did make a positive difference to our day!

Hazel was amazing with both my young children, she made us feel so welcome, comfortable and making sure we was all happy with not just the fit but the choice of shoe aswell.
Advised us on pretection on both the style of shoe. Having children with very wide feet she explained to me how to make sure they are comfy in a shoe.

We visited the store today to buy some school shoes. The wonder Jocelyn helped us. She was attentive and listened to my child's needs. Hazel at cwmbran was excellent with three of my children, measuring and fitting them with shoes ready for school. She took her time and tried a number of pairs of shoes to ensure best fit, especially for my eldest. My children felt relaxed and comfortable enjoying their experience and they love their new shoes
