We had the pleasure of being served by Hazel on two occasions this weekend. I came to buy new school shoes for my 2 girls and Hazel provided excellent service. Both the girls had their feet measured and Hazel was so good with them (my youngest barely sits still). We left after purchasing the 2 pairs needed. Shoe care and advice was also offered to help us get the most out of our purchases. In all we had a very successful and pleasant trip. Thank you Hazel, we will definitely be back for our next pairs!

Had a great experience taking my little one for new shoes. Her fitter, Hazel was great with her and helped us find some lovely shoes (two pairs) that were fully checked to make sure they fit great. No hard-selling either, she was happy to just measure and left it open to us if we wanted to try anything on.

Went to Cwmbran yesterday to see if I could get a pair of ankle boots which had a zip opener as I can’t bend to do up lases. I haven’t been able to wear a shoe or boots for nearly a year due to too very bad injuries on both legs. When my friend and I walked in to the store we were met by a lovely shop assistant called Lorraine. She was very helpful and very understanding about my situation. She helped me to put on the boots and helped me get up off the chair so I could walk around to see how they felt. After wearing trainers for nearly a year it felt great wearing boots again I even bought a pair of shoes with zips as well. A big thank you to Lorraine 🥰

Hazel provided exceptional customer service. She was kind and very caring towards our daughter. She was very thorough in checking her size and took time to check the fit properly. We would definitely be happy to have Hazel serving us again.

Kath at the Cwmbrân store was really helpful in getting my two children and nephew shoes sorted, even with the children were being restless she worked hard to get the shoes fitted correctly, thanks

Great service, really friendly staff, helped by Hazel to get 1st shoes for my little boy, she was great with him, knowledgeable and helpful, took advantage of the 20 percent off we got from buying 1st shoes for the baby and bought myself a pair of shoes also.
Staff took their time to help us and made a real fuss of the baby which was lovely.

I had a great experience at the Cwmbran store today. I was after a new pair of Chelsea Boots, and Karen made the whole process super easy. She was very friendly, helpful and informative in letting me know how to care for the boots properly and was more than happy to help when trying on different sizes/styles that weren't on the shop floor. I normally dread shoe shopping, but not this time. Thanks Karen!

Karen the lady in the clarks shop is an under appreciated member of staff. She is so polite and having a very much younger manager with very little interpersonal skills must be hard. She has a smile for everyone, is willing to help and has the type of personality I would buy all the shoes int he store and the polishes from. She simply is the best part of cwmbran Clarks and should be rewarded for her excellent customer service and personality.
