Shopped I Cwmbran and had great help from Sam very friendly and polite.

I wanted some boots I had seen on line as I was not sure about sizes I wanted to try them on. I visited the Cwmbran store and was served by Cath. She was very helpful and explained how to get into the boots, zip and laces. I bought the boots and am very happy with them.

I was looked after by Kelly in the Cwmbrân store, she was brilliant and made sure my visit was really enjoyable

I took my dad into Clark’s Cwmbran to buy a new pair of comfortable slip on shoes and we were greeted by the lovely Maddie! She knew exactly what to recommend and was so knowledgeable, friendly, polite and professional. Well done Maddie we will definitely be back in future and hope to be served by you again

Ordered 2 sizes online and had them delivered to the cwmbran store,the staff were very helpful when I went to collect them. I tried both pair whilst in the store and had no problem returning them back. Infact my husband ended up buying me a new bag too.

I went in to look for some wide fitting shoe and Kath came up to ask if we needed any help. Ask for two sizes explained issues with pain in my foot and Kath was very friendly, professional,helpful and answered all my queries regarding a few pairs of shoes.

Great visit to the Cwmbran shop this morning with excellent customer service.

Karen was exceptionally helpful today.

We went to Cwmbran Shopping Mall from Hereford yesterday and I wanted some decent boots so I thought of Clark’s as they always seem to last, from the moment we stepped in a lovely beautiful young lady called Mia came and asked if we needed help as I had seen what I liked I asked her what size they were as I couldn’t see, they were a 4 so I asked if they had them in a 5, she looked and unfortunately due to popular demand they didn’t have any and were unlikely to get anymore, I was so disappointed but she then told me she could order me some and get them delivered free to my home address as the cost was over a certain amount and then another young lady came and showed me what the size 5’s were like as she was wearing them and she had had them for 2 years, they really did look stunning anyway Mia took all my details and took payment advised when I got them if they didn’t fit to just take them back to the store in Hereford, Mia then advised due to the type of leather she would recommend some waterproof spray a big bottle for only £8 so I purchased this too, Mia advised I would get my receipts by email and confirmation of the order which I did, I cannot tell you how friendly Mia was and her co-worker, she put my sister and myself at ease, did everything for me so I was one very happy customer, it is very rare to find, kind, helpful genuine help these days but I did with Mia so I just wanted to say a massive thank you and I will not hesitate to recommend this place in the future and come back.

My daughter was in one of her defiant moods and Lorraine remained paitent and friendly with her at all times. Thank you for a memorable and pleasant experience.

Lovely and friendly staff. Very approachable, we didn't have to wait to been seen even though it was a busy day! Sam helped with measuring all 3 of my children's feet and helped us find the right shoes for all of them. She was patient and super helpful! She was very professional but also made my children laugh and put them at ease through the whole process. She knew we were in a bit of a rush and she did everything she could as quickly as possible for us. Thank you Sam for all of your help!

The lady that served me in Cwmbran branch today was Karen.(12/10/2024)
She was very busy with another customer when I entered the shop and seemed to be alone on the shop floor. She acknowledged that I was there and said she would be with me shortly and would I like to look at the products.
The customer she was with was very happy with her service and told me she was very helpful.
I looked at the shoes displayed and found a pair that I liked. Karen had finished with her customer and came straight over to me. I explained that I required a shoe that would take my specialised insole due to my achiles tendonitis. She agreed that the ones I was looking at were suitable and went and a pair in my size and also a pair half side bigger just in case my insoles didn't fit.
She helped me to try on the shoes and I was happy with the fit.
I purchased the shoes and the conditioning balm Karen recommended.
I left very happy.
Karen was very professional throughout the time serving me and when the next customers entered whilst still serving me she asked them to have a look round and take a seat and that she would be with them soon.
I didn't feel rushed by Karen even though new customers had entered.

Excellent service from Sam in Cwmbran today. Wasn't quite sure which size I needed, so she brought two sizes, in two widths, and she also made enquiries about whether I could use a water repellent product on the shoes I was buying. Really helpful and love my new trainers.
