Went in store to return some shoes that I had purchased online. The shop assistant, I think her name was Maddie (apologies if I have this wrong but I have a terrible memory), who served me provided top notch customer service. Refund process was really simple & couldn't have been any easier. After having issues at other retail outlets, not clarks, with returns for my ever growing son, this was a pleasant surprise. We always use clarks for my son's shoes and the staff in this branch are always great.

Emailed Clarks customer service for some compensation due to shoes being fitted Incorrectly in store. They causes blisters on my son’s toes due to being too narrow. My child could not tell me if his shoes fit comfortably because of his additional needs so trusted this to be completed correctly in store. I waited weeks for a response, which was to simply return them to store to be fitted again, which my son does not tolerate well. Not impressed as the reason I didn’t do this initially was due to them not fitting them correctly the first time around so why would I go back to do this again.

We went into Clark’s Cwmbran branch to get our little boys first pair of shoes and measure. We found the cutest pair of shoes whilst browsing, the staff there instantly noticed us and helped us size our boy up. During the encounter, Karen treated him so professionally. She was gentle, kind and very useful with how she described the foot growth process within babies of his stage. We purchased cruising shoes for him as I was so warmed up to how useful they can be for little feet. I’m so glad we went to Clark’s and had the best customer service that anyone could wish for. I’d definitely go back for another fitting for as long as I’m buying Clark’s!!

Lorraine was very helpful and friendly and while our son is delighted with his new shoes it was her welcoming and helpful manner that made it such a good experience.

Had a great experience with Mia in Cwmbran for our 1 year olds first shoe fitting. He had such a great time he took his first solo steps in the shop. Thanks for all the help!

Sam served us on Sunday the 8th of September. My daughter needed to check her size. Sam was so kind and attentive to my daughter! She double checked her size and we decided to buy a new pair of shoes, as her feet had grown.
Sam was so precise and patient, she noticed that even though my daughter had become a 12, the right size for the shoes she chose, would be 12.5. she was right!
I have always been served very well in Cwmbran and Sam was exceptional.she knows the products very well, knows how to advice for the benefit of the customers and she is very patient.

Lauren in the Cwmbran store was super helpful. She was friendly and patient when my daughter decided to have the biggest tantrum over which shoes she wanted. In the end we managed to get the ones she liked. Thanks Lauren.

Kelly was amazing, very friendly and helpful. She measured my feet and I discovered I wasn’t a wide fitting even though I have been wearing wide shoes for years. Thank you for a real good experience and helping me purchase a good fitting shoe.

It was a really busy back to school day but the staff were well organised and friendly. Lorraine who dealt with my daughter was lovely patient and careful to make sure my daughter got the best fitting shoes for her feet. She made a chore a pleasure!

Unusually did not have a great experience at the Cwmbran store when buying my daughter’s school shoes. The young lady assisting me insisted on us buying the same size shoe as we bought last august, when I insisted on at least a half size larger, she told me that if I insisted on going against her advice, she would not provide me with the size guarantee and I could not return them if they were too small. Surely that is the opposite of the point of the policy?!

Went to the Cwmbran store and didn’t have to wait long to be served by Holly. She brought out some shoes for my daughter to look at and guided us towards some suitable well fitting school shoes. She was patient with my daughter and didn’t rush her. Thank you Holly 😀😀

I visited my local Clarks to have my very excited son fitted for his very first school shoes. Ashleigh went over and above to make him feel comfortable in the store and joined in with his chatter. Thanks so much!

I took my granddaughter to buy school shoes. Freya has special needs and Sam was patient and gentle with her. Freya didn't get upset and was co-operative when Sam measured her feet. It was a much more pleasant experience than I had anticipated.

We came into store the weekend before school started and was served by Lorraine. She was so helpful in measuring our daughter’s feet and finding what stock was available in her size. She brought out all the options available and showed us the fit. We purchased the shoes we had been interested in prior to our visit. We cannot recommend enough, thank you Lorraine!

Took both of my boys to get there school shoes, place was busy but it was organised thankfully.
All the staff were good from what I could see and the member of staff (Mia) who served us was very patient with the kids.
The shoes the kids wanted were unfortunately out of stock but that was my fault for leaving buying them till the last minute.
The staff member brought out a few options though so disaster was averted!
Will go back again.

Very busy in the shop but as we had booked an appointment,we were seen straightaway by Ashleigh. She was patient and kind when dealing with our ASD son. She showed us all the shoes that fitted our requirements (size and needed to be velcros).

Well organised for the school shoe rush, not too long a wait and Mia was great. Good service and lovely interaction with my son.

Cwmbran store were fab. Well orgainsed with the ticket system. Did not wait long. Helped by Lorraine who was really helpful, successfully measuring and finding my boy 2 pairs of shoes ready for school. Luckily they had his sizes in stock! Amen.
