Mia at the Cwmbran store was amazing with our four year old. Very helpful,thorough in checking size and shoes.Fast with the service.

My husband and I took our 2 children (both with autism and our youngest non verbal) to the Cwmbran store today. Jocelyn was absolutely amazing! So lovely and understanding of my boys needs and how to approach getting them measured and trying on shoes. We tried on 4/5 pairs in total and Jocelyn (love her) went out the back a few tines to make sure we had the best fit for the boys new school shoes. Absolutely brilliant service. I was very anxious to get my boys feet measured because of their autism but Jocelyn was brilliant. I just hope she is there in Sept 25. Thank you for everything you did, you have no idea how much it means to us that you went the extra mile ❤️

We were served by Meg today. It is the week before school goes back after Summer holidays and I was expecting it to be busy and stressful with the staff worn thin.
But despite there being a lot of families we didn’t have to wait long and felt that we were properly given the time for my daughter to be measured and to try on a few different pairs until she found some she was comfortable in. Meg was friendly and my 5 year old was comfortable with her making the whole process very smooth.

Great experience. 3 children all measured and fitted for school shoes. Sales person Samantha at Cwmbran was brilliant 🤩

Lauren in Cwmbran store was super helpful, friendly and polite. Made school show shopping (which is always a nightmare) a much nicer experience.

Evie was very accommodating with trying a lot of shoes on my daughter (she has wide feet) she explained how the shoes fit and tried numerous designs. She was very friendly and great with both kids! She appeared to enjoy her job rather than a lot of people that seem to find their job a chore. Thank you!!

Went to the cwmbran store for my children to be measured for school shoes. We were served by Meg who was excellent. Listened to the children to what design they wanted despite how busy the store was she really took the time to listen and act accordingly. Both my girls were chuffed with their shoes and my little boy with his first pair of proper shoes.

Visited Clarks Cwmbran to get some school shoes for our son. We were greeted and helped quickly and efficiently by Ashleigh. She was very knowledgeable and friendly when measuring his feet and used her initiative when going to get the correct sizes needed. She came back with the shoes and an alternative as well that she thought he might like. Very good way of working with kids and excellent customer service. Very pleased! Thanks Ashleigh!

24/08/2024 - Came to Cwmbran store (1868) today,with the monosyllabic teenager in tow, for the dreaded school shoe shop. With about a week until the new school year begins,parents the length & breadth of the land know only too well the chaotic scenes which await them upon entering a Clarks at the end of the six week holiday.
Today wasn't anything like our previous experiences (of which there are many). Kids shoes in one area, seeming to be running efficiently with staff & supervisors working in unison to support the customers and each other. The atmosphere was calm, happy and extremely pleasant.
LAUREN served us today, my teen son is now in adult sizes.The range of shoes was easily accessible, Lauren measured my son's feet whilst explaining her limitations regarding fitting due to him being in adult shoes. We happily chatted with Lauren as she discussed shoe sizing in each choice (certain shoes come up bigger) and we went away with a pair of suitable shoes & with smiles on our faces! We weren't the only ones who were having positive interactions with staff - even the children were happy!
Superbly run store, fantastic team of staff and Lauren was brilliant today. Nothing was out of place on shop floor, everything was tidy & organised. Phenomenal. Well done all who worked in this store today.
Really pleased & will definitely be returning to Cwmbran store again.

Sam was amazing, very efficient and knowledgeable. The shoes we wanted were out of stock, but my daughter was happy with the alternatives. Nothing was too much trouble and Sam was happy to fetch other shoes for us to compare

my child was having a difficult time getting her feet measured for school schools as she really didn’t want them measured. however the staff were great and helped to calm her down and took the time to make sure she got the right size shoes. thank you Jocelyn 😊 It’s amazing that you also get Guarantee on the shoes!
