The staff were rude and one specific member of staff was arrogant towards my children I wouldn’t recommend

We went to buy school shoes today - the shop was well staffed with a great range. We had a great customer experience with Izzie Craig- she carefully explained the fitting and made sure we got the perfect pair for our son for the start of term. Highly recommend

Izzy was fantastic with our nervous daughter helping to choose her first pair of school shoes.

Kelsey and Harry were both very communicative and friendly. I’d not gone in to buy but just a browse and was greeted so warmly.
Last time I came into the shop was a fair few years ago and the assistants were so ignorant so this was a pleasant change today

The staff members were friendly and helpful and more importantly, understood the product.

I purchased a pair of men’s shoes at Farnham branch recently, I’d like to thank staff assistant Aditi for her attention and polite good service, kniwlegdeuof Till procedures very impressive, thank you Aditi.

I took my Daughter to Farnham store for some new school shoes , Max was absolutely brilliant, customer service was great , he was a delight to talk too - highly recommend- Clark’s are lucky to have Max on board !

I had to take all 4 children in to get new shoes, something I dread doing all together! We were served by Izzy C who couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us! She made what could have been a super stressful shopping trip a LOT easier, we all really appreciated her help on what was obviously a very busy day in the shop also! Many thanks!

We just had Anika from Farnham branch. Patient does not do her justice. She did not stop until we found the perfect pair of school shoes for my daughter with different sized feet! She had out every style/ size/ insole/no insole combo she could find. She was so calm and helpful and my daughter left with a skip and a smile. THANK YOU ANIKA x

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Nathan for his outstanding customer service. He was incredibly patient and attentive while helping my kids pick out their new school shoes. Nathan’s knowledge about the different styles and sizes made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. He really went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect fit, and his friendly demeanor made the experience all the more pleasant. Thank you, Nathan, for making what can often be a stressful task so much easier , you are a credit to the company! We’ll definitely be returning to Clark’s because of his excellent service!

We have 2 boys with extra wide feet so always a challenge getting well fitted shoes. Catherine was very patient and thorough and both of them came out with comfortable shoes they were please with. Thank you!

Great back to school visit.

Booked an appointment today and we were served by Aditi. Our daughter moved from kids to youth so different varieties and Aditi was brilliant in ensuring we tried several styles and sizes until we found the right ones. Great experience and we recommend booking as allows the team to serve effectively. Thank you everyone and especially Aditi

I visit store on Saturday morning, friendly staff and good customer service, would highly recommend this Clarks. Very busy but good attention to detail.

Really disappointed. Came in 2 weeks before the start of school to get school shoes. They only had 1 pair in my son's size which had been reviewed badly on the website so we didn't want to buy them. I asked if they could order in any other pairs and they said they could but when I got to the till they explained that o had to purchase the shoes for them to be ordered. I explained that we hadn't tried the shoes on yet so we didn't want to buy them, we wanted to try some shoes that we could buy if they fit and we liked them. They then said that they had a delivery of shoes on a Monday but they had no idea what was in their delivery- seems so disorganised! I've got to say every year we come for school shoes and they are poorly stocked, even when we come earlier in the summer. I think if they don't have many shoes in then they need to improve their ordering process or be able to order them in without the customer having to pay for stocking. Also the server today was really short with us and is totally inappropriate to be working with children. Children are often nervous having themselves measured and having to walk up and down, and a little child friendliness wouldn't go astray. Really disappointed with clarks. I think we'll be doing a start right purchase this year!
