Great experience in the kings heath store, served by Rosy who was lovely with my daughter. Plenty of staff around to help which was great to see especially with the build up to the start of a new school year.

As a first time mother, learning about what’s best for your child is pivotal, especially when you have no idea what different types of shoes could hinder them from walking and develop further, I had the great pleasure of working with Humza at kings heath store, Birmingham. Who not only made myself feel at ease but my one year old fussy toddler, from the beginning to the end he was professional , understanding and patient. I definitely will be purchasing all my child’s shoes from there again!
I really hope he goes further within his career with Clarks as he has the potential to really shine.

KAZ really helpful and very good with customers

Recently bought new shoes from the Kings Heath branch. The pair I had looked at online wasn't a great fit so, with Kaz's help, I tried a different pair. Great fit but I was worried they were a bit tool 'old' for me but Kaz assured me they weren't, and if anything the first pair were the 'older' look. So I bought the shoes and they're great. Funnily enough, just a short while later I saw the first style on a more mature gentleman so Kaz was right!

Had a great experience at Clarks, on Kings Heath high street, Birmingham yesterday. Our very boisterous toddler grandson had a fitting, then tried on some wellies. We ended up buying both the wellies and some colourful boots. This was all because of great customer service from Saif. He was calm, patient and did a great job. Give that man a pay rise!

Decided to drop in yesterday for some work shoes and had a great experience (and got some great shoes in the sale, haha!).

The staff member present, Kaz, was absolutely lovely and went out of her way to help me with my purchase. I usually hate buying shoes, but this was a friendly and painless experience and I'd absolutely go back again.

I came in to exchage a pair of shoes ordered online, the service was very quick and efficient and i was out of the shop with a pair that fits me better.

The assistant at Boots Kings Heath, Kaz, was really helpful and guided my purchase to the right shoes to fit. I normally have difficulty in finding a good fit but she advised I try a wide shoe with a size smaller and they are perfect. Thank you Kaz - we will be back!!

Visited Kings Heath store today. Couldn’t have asked for better. Good selection and very helpful service - Kaz went above and beyond to help us. Definitely would make me go back.

Service was excellent even though the store was busy we were served in a short amount of time, the store had alot of staff which is very good to see.
We were served by Elfreda was very attentive, polite and helpful she brought out a range of shoes to try on we left the store very happy with her service and our shoes

This is a review for the King's Heath Branch and Mariam S who served us. Yesterday we went to Clarks at the Fort and couldn't find the size needed for my daughter's shoes. Online, it looked like King's Heath did have a pair half a size bigger. So we went there today. Mariam was lovely. She came over, told us her name and that she would help us. She got the pair and had my daughter try them. They were a little big but my daughter wanted them so Mariam got insoles, put them in to reduce the gaps, got my daughter to walk around again and they were perfect. Couldn't ask for better service. He reassured us saying as she fitted etc, we could come back within three months if there were any problems. King's Heath is not our nearest branch but we will now go there for when we want to go to a Clarks. Thank you Mariam.

We always have an excellent shopping experience at our local Kings Heath branch. We went last week for school shoes and was served by Amelie who checked our daughters shoe size and ensured they were the correct fit. Amelie is lovely and very friendly she really made our daughter feel very comfortable.

Was seen to very quickly and the ticketing system keeps things very fair at busy times (back to school). Amelie was really friendly and helpful at the Kings Heath store and gave lots of options so my son could make a choice.
